Saw a news 18 tamil tweet that nowbit is December 10th when the kids need to be presented in Gujarat HC? The link was in tamil so could not read full.

And December 10 is so close to Christmas all folks would take left over leaves, court will be on holiday, and the million $$$ event in Nithy's back yard in T&T that these sanyasins need to attend Even though they are no more part of Nithy? The person who filed the new FIR criminal complaint against Nithyananda is confidential. Nithyananda has a well-established track record of harassing any victim that speaks out.
For the record: We doubt that it is Maha Yogini Nithya Maha Yogananda, a.k.a. Ma Nithya Devi, or the fat tub with tattoos that spits out junk out of her mouth. The only way she will leave the cult is if her food supply is taken away or she chokes on one of the cheap 'jewels' stashed in her banana that she gulps down after inspection of her mouth during a so-called magic session. She is big time fraud and her karma punch is just waiting.
But, then again, there's always hope, as we have been pleasantly surprised by recent events. So, we will see how events pan out.

Update reg. Habeas Corpus petition filed by Janardhan Sharma in Gujarat High Court, which came for hearing today. His daughters did not appear in court today. Instead they were represented by a well known senior counsel (lawyer) and filed affidavits from Trinidad & Tobago, which were submitted to Justice Patel in sealed cover. The two missing daughters stated that they are willing to appear through video conference at the Indian Embassy in Trinidad & Tobago.
The judge rejected their application and ordered them to be produced in person on 10 December 2019. The judge had further noted that the affidavits do not look like the work of ordinary 19-year-old girls, and it appears as if there is some master-brain behind these affidavits. Hence, the Court ordered that it is necessary for the two daughters to appear in person on the next hearing date.
The Gujarat High Court also ordered the police to find the two missing girls by taking help of any agencies including INTERPOL. [end]
NOTE: Trinidad & Tobago is a island nation in the Caribbean Sea just off the coast of Venezuela.

The parents pleaded with the Maharishi and asked him to convince the boy to come with them as he was their only child and they wanted to spend his growing years with them. DeleteThanks, Anon, for the comment. Actually, there's still a lot of evidence to dig up. Sanghetha was exhumed twice. We suspect that there was foul play throughout the chain of custody of the evidence. So, there's a lot of powerful people who would like nothing more than to see this case 'go away'.
If the CBI does take up the case, then expect to see some big people to go to prison for many years, unless they can pin it on some low-level person. Unlikely.
Perhaps now there's enough momentum and public support to appoint the CBI to take over the investigation. Could be interesting.

Why was Nandita rushed out of India in such a hurry? The answer is in this Tamil video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-w4qfP0-foE - from 16:00). This is about another video (in Tamil) published by Nandita in Jan 2018 (when she was a minor) abusing poet Vairamuthu. She used such nasty adult language social activist Piyush Manush filed a complaint with the Children's Commission that Nithyananda's gurukul is corrupting minor children and demanded action under the POCSO act. Her younger sister now says that Nandita was personally directed by Nithyananda on the language to use. Enough to convict Nithyananda, if Nandita testifies.

Yes, there's different scenarios that could play out. Right now, we have our best chance in years to bring an end to this cult. Ironically, Nithyananda set up camp in Gujarat just to get away from the 'local' disadvantage he faced in Karnataka. That backfired badly on him. National awareness in just how bad Nithyananda and his thugs are is now very strong. There are more initiatives in progress. Patience.
The fact that Nithyananda is out of the country in some undisclosed location not only makes him look bad, it's hard for his brainwashed supporters to still stay brainwashed and supporting him.
Just the same, we cannot count on wishful thinking and lots of action, no matter how small the contribution might seem, are needed to bring the knock out punch. Nithyananda's time is marked if everyone follows through.

The testimony of the youngest two daughters of Sri Janardhana Sharma is enough to sink Nithyananda and his criminal cohorts and place them in prison for years. These testimonies confirmed Sarah's allegations that the children were forced to beat each other, were sleep deprived, were malnourished, and were forced to work, work, work, to make videos and false social media accounts, etc. These testimonies also confirmed that these children were used to make so-called 'akashic' readings to target rich donors to separate big chunks of their wealth and other valuable assets including their time and children. If these children were not successful to swindle these people, then they were beaten. Also, the sexual abuse of having the children send Nithyananda nude pictures of themselves were also confirmed. Other sexual allegations are pending. So, now two key witnesses have emerged even if all the other children remain silent.
But, remember, the second oldest daughter of Sri Janaradhana Sharma, the one that just turned 18, was the one that alerted her father via an email to come and rescue her. So, there's a very high probability that Nithyananda and his thugs kidnapped her and moved her out to the country - human trafficking! And, remember, the youngest two daughters were also moved out of the ashram to an undisclosed location for a couple of days.
So, just these incidents alone are enough to cause very serious trouble to Nithyananda. More crimes and the full extent of these crimes are pending.
In conclusion, it is not unthinkable that Nithyananda and his minions can escape from these known crimes, but it will take a lot of work and a lot of money and a lot of time and a lot of energy to do so.
And, this is just the beginning.

A Swami's Shady Story
ReplyDeleteAnd finally tonight, we have some straight facts on a suspect story that's been circulating in the media. Republic TV out of India is reporting that a self styled spiritual leader Godman Nithyananda, who is a fugitive form the law in India, travelled to Belize in 2018.
Republic TV claims that he applied for citizenship and asylum in Belize.
Well, we spoke to to Minister of State with responsibility for Immigration, Beverly Williams and she says these are allegations without proof.
She says records show the passport system does not show anything with this name ever entering Belize. Bottom line? There is no entry for in the system for him having ever entered Belize. And there is no such name in the Asylum seeker database.
Ok this is from a Belize newspaper. So he’s not in Belize. Could be Trinidad and Tobago or Ecuador. Closing in.

Thanks for the update, anon at 10:11 AM. If you have a YouTube clip (or other video) that confirms this news broadcast, then that would be helpful for verification.
As you might have found out along the way that sometimes new programs get it wrong, especially when someone up the news event chain, has it wrong. Ms. Minister Beverly Williams could have been covering up for her boss, her department, or even herself. No one wants to go on record to say that his or her country is open to give asylum to alleged criminals on the run, which may very well be the practice. She might have not had access to the records especially if there is poor record-keeping or the whole process is 'hush-hush' to begin with.
Another prospect is that Mr. Nithyananda applied for asylum under an alias or even under his forged passport. This would seem likely because Mr. Nithyananda certainly would not like to leave an easy-to-find trail that would lead him right back to his trial.
We are very certain that Nithyananda and his 'exile' team have approached anyone and everyone they could for a chance of asylum or 'guest' citizenship for the right price. They are desperate.
Sadly, the Caribbean is full of struggling nations. Belize has a GDP per capita of just below $5,000 USD per annum and 41 percent of its population below the poverty level. So, money could go a long way under such circumstances.

Nithyananda certainly had ample time, over seven years, to plan his escape. So, we would be very surprised if he didn't already purchase a 'new' citizenship at one of the poor money-hungry nations in or around the Caribbean.
Of course, Nithyananda doesn't want to play the new 'citizenship' card. That would be a last resort. By doing so, it would reveal where he is. Even if there is not an extradition treaty with the 'host' country and India, we are very certain that for the right price, his 'newly bought' nationals would gladly bag him up and set him on a one-way trip back to India. Yes, money goes a long way, and we would gladly help buy Mr. Nithyananda a one-way ticket back home so that he could reacquaint himself with his gurukul and those dedicated staff that carried out his every order.
Another reason Mr. Nithyananda would not want to play the new 'citizenship' card is that his plan is to hope that the current rape trial goes away and then he smuggles himself back into India, most likely through Nepal, and suddenly re-appears while saying that he is finished with his 'wondering' and ready to climb back on his gold throne and resume his money-making enlightenment program with a very eager team of room service ladies all willing to fulfill his every desire. Yes, Mr. Nithyananda will claim that he never left India. If Mr. Nithyananda does claim his 'new' (bought) citizenship, then he gives up his kingdom in India and any hopes of reclaiming 293 in Madurai. Yes, he would screw himself. And, at best (for him), he would forever be in exile without much room to wiggle. At worst, he would be fighting to be extradited and sued from all angles. Pure hell.
So, back to Belize. We cannot count out that Nithyananda applied for asylum (or citizenship) in Belize. He probably has done so everywhere. We do think that the current rumors of Ecuador and Trinidad are the most 'solid' leads to where he might be.
Then there's one more country, Venezuela. Venezuela is the native country of Ma Nithyayogananda Swami. She conveniently disappeared about the same time that Nithyananda made his 'wandering' getaway. Rumors have it that Nithyananda is traveling on a forged Venezuelan passport thanks to Ma Nithyayogananda Swami.
Once Mr. Nithyananda (or one of his minions) is apprehended and starts to squeal, then we will get a clear picture of what is Truth and what is just rumor.
Right now, there's a lot of speculation. At least one paper reported that the CID police have determined that Nithyananda was in Trinidad one week and then in Ecuador the next week. We wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Nithyananda keeps shuffling as on the run.
But, with each border he crosses and each airport he lands in, Nithyananda runs the risk of being caught. One day his luck will run out. We wonder if that has been predicted in one of his Akashic readings? We will find out.

ReplyDeleteIn a recent video from Tattvapriya (Lopamudra), the poor girl is saying (or made to say as clearly her eyes are reading a script) that the media have apparently tracked her location...and so "I'm scared whats going to happen next". She goes on to say that "Janardhan is responsible whatever happens next" etc etc.
ReplyDeleteThe poor girl doesn't realize that she is actually being framed by Nithy in such a way that if need be, he can conveniently harm her (God forbid!) and then use her recorded words against her father as evidence that it was Janardhan who did it. What a sinister tactic... Hope these girls are intelligent enough to understand that they are being used. Its sad that anything could happen to them whether they cooperate or don't cooperate with Nithy. It is best they wake up and try to come out.
Hoping in the corner of my heart that they are reading this! Really wish they don't meet the same plight of Sangita who was brutally beaten and murdered and sent home her organs removed. Im praying thay Lopamudra and Nanditha both return home safely to their loving parents.
And it will be very interesting to see what reason Nagesh would give this time for Nithy not present and what the judge would do. Apparently the judges are supposed to turn a blind eye on current news?

ReplyDeleteRanjitha - apparently she has another birth name this is her screen name - is the highest beneficiary - apparently spotted in Tamil Nadu border with tons of gold and currency before the police entered the bidati den... So much for doing a few enlightenment jobs using various organs and means...
BTW apparently all tortures,beating, murders and whatever gets live streamed to Nithy as per the interview by the father on vikatan tv. And in the interview by Sangeetha's mother, she mentions that Akka who is none other than Ranjitha also beats and locks up people who try to run away.. definitely not any ashram but like a guotanamo detention and correction facility. Let it be but why people pay money and go there to get beaten and even killed?

If Nithy is true to his words, he should come back to India from kailas in his private jet, land on front of the jail where these ladies are housed, free them up and send them to their parents or husband or children depending on their status. Not to build statues of them, name a road in his island for them, and so on... Wonder how if they have any family left is sitting idle and not asking Nithy to give them back. No one need to go to this level to get enlightenment and no one will get it by doing this. Will be interesting to see if Nithy would send the children in his jet this Saturday to tell in Gujarat HC that they want to live in island and not main land.. will be heart breaking for the father and mother to hear that..

We will wait until we actually see the island. In the news article, it says that the island is in between Ecuador, which faces the Pacific, and Trinidad, which is in the Caribbean. So, we see a flaw in the report. Other than the picture of Nithyananda playing in the sand, all the other information can be found at Nithyananda's so-called Kailaasa site.
So, we will wait. But, it is amusing.
Better yet just to extradite pigananda and let him set up his shop in the slammer.
