'
Hi there, Sri Nithyananda. Do you remember one of your ashramites who you angled to get his home and you treated like a used tissue even especially when he went through his divorce? Which one!?! How silly of us, '
Sorry, '
But, it doesn't stop there, Sri Nithyananda. Douglas went ahead and filed additional criminal complaints against you and your fraudulent cult with the Criminal Investigation Departments (CID) in the state of Karnataka. Sri KN Yogappa, Superintendent of Police (CID-Special Inquiry) already confirmed that he received Douglas' official notarized complaints. Since Douglas met you, '
And, wait, there's more. Douglas is willing to travel to India just to meet you, '
And, during this trial, Douglas said that he cannot wait to read some of the passages in your book "Swamiji as We Know Him". Do you remember that book, '
But, wait, '
Since your empire, '
What better way for all those that bank rolled your fraud and invested dollars to the Nth degree (for whatever business return you, Sri Nithyananda, promised them) to show that they are clean and have no further investments in either you or your cult than to make a criminal complaint or press criminal charges. For instance, even though Maheshwara, Kaivalya, and the Swabav's gave you, Sri Nithyananda, serious amounts of money, we will know that their motives are pure if they filed criminal complaints against you. Then we will know that they want to do the right thing and undo the harm they caused, not just try to get their 'investment' or 'good name' back.
'
Sri Nithyananda, same thing with the recent bunch of ashramites who defected. For all the pimping that Sahajananda did, as in being one who followed Bhaktananda's example on how to contact the desired devotees for your personal room service, we will know that Sahajananda really has come clean when he files criminal complaints against you, Sri Nithyananda. Likewise for Sevakananda (Ma Gopika's 'divorced' husband). Since Sevakananda had all that experience in accounting and brokering all those backdoor deals in a previous business life, we know that he was your man for doing that great accounting shell game of moving money around until it's well hidden and converted as yet another 'donated' 24(K) gold throne. Why, if he filed a criminal complaint against you, '
In case you, '
In making all these criminal complaints against you, '
1. Direct and Indirect Victims
Our readers don't have to be the direct victim in order to file a criminal complaint. If our readers traveled to Nithyananda's ashram and met Nithyananda and felt that they were directly swindled by his fraud, that's great. But, if you lost a love one, or experienced the hurt from a loved one that Nithyananda cheated, and this person traveled to Nithyananda's ashram in India, then you are still a victim. Yes, you are eligible to at least file a legal complaint. This is especially true for spouses who are bound together in a legal and financial union. One spouse's fraud is the other spouse's fraud. Very simple. So, file away.
2. Offending Religious Sentiment
Offending religious sentiment. Wow, there's a low bar if we ever saw it. If you think someone donning the holy saffron cloth of a monk shouldn't be groping curvy actresses... and, if you perceive Nithyananda's rompings not as a tantric act of spiritual 'purification' but just blatant sex... and, if you see Nithyananda's drooling embraces on the same level as someone taking advantage of a weaker mind, much in the same reasoning that psychiatrists are banned from having sex with their patients or teachers are banned from having sex with their so-called consenting students, then file a criminal complaint of offending religious sentiment. After all, it is your sentiment. And, if this pervert (Nithyananda) offended it, you have no one else to blame but your self for not speaking up. So, file away. What do you have to lose?
3. Honesty & Integrity
When you do file, be brave and give your real name and correct contact information. We all know that Nithyananda is in big trouble for not being so honest about his public resume, so we encourage you not to follow his example. Try something that Nithyananda was never able to do, stand on the merits of being honest and truthful.
4. Details & Notaries
Include as much details of when, where, who, what, and even why. This helps make your document nice and strong. Write only the truth, and be sure to sign it. Blue ink always stands out. Invest in $5.00 to $10.00 and get the document officially notarized under oath of being true. This makes your statement a legally binding document. Public notaries are everywhere, and are often additional services offered at copy centers. Make a copy. And, then send away.
There, Sri Nithyananda, if done quickly, in less than two hours of our readers' time, someone can bring a new criminal complaint against you. No big effort, but a big step for dharma.

ReplyDeleteLatest news from the Deccan Herald:
http://www.deccanherald.com/content/62457/nithyananda-petition-hc-defers-hearing.html
1. Nithyananda's case is coming up for hearing.
2. A person named Azhagan staying at the Bidadi Ashram tried to commit suicide.
3. Another complainant was also under threat by the thugs of Nithyananda.
4. More financial fraud charges.
Ouch! We're just at the tip of the iceberg. Here comes the Titanic.
Jai Maa.
This thing happened in Oct 2007 in LA.
ReplyDeleteEveryone was working his/her arse off during Montclair temple construction. One of the ashramites(Swami S) & couple of other ladies were trying to assemble a shelf (bought from IKEA). As we all know these shelves are not that easy to put together. They were almost done & the whole thing fell apart. Swami S. got so frustrated that he took it out on one of those ladies (Indian girl) by hitting her & that girl started sobbing. I can understand someone scolding other person in frustration but hitting someone!!
This happened twice in a space of 30 minutes & everyone around was so shocked. I guess they all thought that if Swami can physically abuse the ashramites they have every right to do so.
BTW, this happened just after this ashramite supposedly got "enlightened".
It was very harsh to say that he hit her..
ReplyDeleteHe smacked that girl on her head so hard that she started crying...That is probably the right way to put it.
Amazing and ubiased coverage... So the other day, at Stanford, a student snuffed someting in the lab, and died. Wow, let us go and raid Stanford with the CID... Those dirty scumbags, charging 200K for an education!
ReplyDeleteI mean it is one thing to question a guys credentials, and then dispute his teachings. It is another to root for a poorly conducted police charge, due to population anger... Remember, anger is really the root of all evil.
Regarding hitting someone for not assembling an IKEA wardrope correctly, well, that is nothing to do with enlightenment. It happens oh so often, in Asia... Now we are all pretending those Brahmins are saints? Culturally accepted, maybe not the norm among the younger and more educated crowd... Is it right? No! But if you are going to raid someone's home with police because of this, let us also do it for all people who practice this blasphemy.
What I found, sadly, is that no wonder all of you got caught in Nithyananda and blame the guy. You have the same style of anger and resentment, and the "not me", "it is his fault" attitude. And then are willing to do anything to destroy the object of your anger, even if it is not based on facts or fairness... Any rumor is ok, as long as it supports your anger. Wasn't this what you were accusing this swami of?
Until now, the only possibly somewhat illegal thing has been the receipts, which is by the way practiced by ALLLLLL indian spiritual organizations, and the catholic church organizations tooo! I just made a big donation to an orphanage and it was exactly like all you guys are complainign about...
Now, regarding the "ethics" of Nithyananda, that is another matter. Open for debate, feel angered, counter argue the guy, or even ditch him and do not recommend him to others, or maintain a blog... It makes sense.
Accusing others of being pure frauds, based also on fraudulent accusations (together with a few truthful ones) is not the way of dharma at all... In fact, if we are all truly hindu, we would have even embraced a tirant or poison, as Buddha and so many other saints have done just that. They even accepted murderes in their fold...
Not the judgmental hypocritical attitude I see in the comments of the blog... I used to think highly of the blog, but it opened my eyes: it has become just the same old rant, of a man seeking revenge at any cost. How honorable is that? Nithyananda and all of you do seem to deserve each other...
Om Namah Shivaya,
ReplyDeleteDear diluted commenter @5:13 PM,
Please speak only for yourself. You are not the caretaker of dharma, Hinduism, or the legal system in any country. We have presented facts and evidence. We are in touch with many law agencies in two countries. They are interested in what we have to say. They are not interested in what you have to say.
If you have any authority to defend your weak and baseless claims, please present your credentials. We have presented ours.
Perhaps you will be one of the Nithyananda supporters destined to join him in prison. We think that will be helpful for both of you.
Jai Maa.

ReplyDelete"Regarding hitting someone for not assembling an IKEA wardrope correctly, well, that is nothing to do with enlightenment.."
Let us assume for a moment that you are Swami Sevakananda. & I am Ma Soundarya. You ask me to help you with assembling of a shelf. You have no clue as to how these things are assembled as you have spent all your life donating crores of Rs. Now for no fault of mine, this thing falls apart when we are almost done. And you are so pissed because you haven't had a good night's sleep for a week, that you smack me in my head.
So this whole thing is nobody's fault. It is perfectly okay for you to hit someone who is kind enough to come & help you!!
are you out of your freaking mind????
@Expose Nithyananda, all you are showing is your cunningness...very strong EVIL ego of yours. Your own negativity is very visible in all your blogs...You are ALSO not the caretaker of dharma, Hinduism, or the legal system in any country...you are accumulating lot of bad karmas...please beware (and I don't really care of your biased follow up comment)
ReplyDeleteOm Namah Shivaya,
ReplyDeleteHi Anon @9:07 PM.
We're glad that you are reading our blog and all the comments. This will help you undo all the brainwashing that Nithyananda has placed into your being. Please continue to read and feel free to call us lots of names. It will only help you get out of this cult and start your life fresh again. That will make us happy.
Jai Maa.
Om Namah Shivaya,
ReplyDeleteThis URL came in as a lone comment yesterday. We were going to pass, but see now that it is relevant.
http://www.ted.com/talks/derek_sivers_how_to_start_a_movement.html
We don't care who started the dance, who joined the dance, etc. We already were in that type of environment with Nithyananda and his cult.
We just want everyone dancing and while they are at it, making a legal complaint or file charges against Nithyananda and his cult.
Thanks, anon, for sending us this link.
Jai Maa.
Anon @ 5:13 PM ,
ReplyDeleteYou clearly come across as a mulish incorrigibly angry person who would go to any lengths in defending a crook like nithy.
So what if "ALLLLLL " orgs commit fraud ?? A fraud is a fraud , a punishable offence.
There is no need to deflect & obfuscate by mentioning " catholic " yadayada. We are focussed on nithy alone here.
This is insane. I heard enough of beatings and throwing of furniture in Bidadi form several sources.
ReplyDeleteLA Ashram too? I couldn't quite believe this is tolerated in America.
I am with "Anon April 6, 2010 9:04 PM"
ReplyDeleteI was at the Montclair temple inauguration, MTP and Teachers training before that. These "anandas" (supposedly enlightened ones) used to do this type of verbal abuse a lot. Physical (smacking someone etc) I haven't seen, thankfully. But it was *very very* clear - you volunteer, that's the end of you.
And what the heck does this mean: " that is nothing to do with enlightenment. It happens oh so often, in Asia" - nothing to do with enlightenment? Wasn't this sevak fellow already enlightened by MTP? Or you saying that since he was enlightened, it gives him authority to smack/hit someone - guess comes as part and parcel of this brand of enlightenment. In Sanskrit there is a saying: "Yadha Raja, Thadha Praja!" - As the king, so are his subjects. This is totally true in this organization.
Never in my life I was mistreated so much, called so many names - by loving "master himself". The same arrogance used to be reflected in *many* (not all) in enlightened batch #1.
Even a small mistake (prioritizing urgent volunteering task, that would take only 10 mins to finish over an important volunteering task that would take 2 days), small accidents during Audio/Video arrangements, not having all white clothes on moving murties (statues) etc - got sooo yelled at...
Wonder what happened to all that righteous arrogance of the master and the goons now?
Didn’t you guys notice, the inner circle folks were progressively less blissful over the years? When I attended DSP, the same folks (gopal, gopika, shiv, medha, sevaka etc) who seemed to be hoping all around full of “bliss” got so stressful/impatient/violent/vitriolic/caustic etc, as years passed?
I was told that all this is master's grace - who is working very hard on them and they are very lucky to go thru this. I wonder what brand of enlightenment this is.
The best part of the whole thing was getting to know and working with Ananda Sevaks… all the bs I went thru is worth it - just to work beside/hand-in-hand with them. God bless them!!!
P.S: BTW, do any of you know whereabouts of con-queen, Hemali (don't even know if it is real or "spiritual" name). If you see her, please give a ear-full from me, for selling overprized and ultra "energized" statues. She fleeced me of thousands of dollars when the "Sacred Arts" business was started. And as expected, no receipt of any sort was given for what I was sold. I detest her and Sevak a ton! And when they work together, there is no end to what they can sell...
I have been following this blog since the expose. I agree that Rajashekaran(I refuse to call him anything else, he doesn't deserve it) should be punished for the betrayal of faith. I was a devotee too. A devotee who would feel blessed he spoke to me for even just a few seconds extra. I gained from him the age old teachings which I would have otherwise over looked, for that I am grateful. But the shattering of my faith out weighs the gains.
ReplyDeleteI see so much written about the people whom I know are right now in as much anguish as the people who are writing here. But instead of standing up for the victims, the victims are being victimized. Whether it is Divoja or Ram, I think they are as hurt or even more hurt. Instead of trying to needle them,if we genuinely think this blog is for the victims, people should stand up for them and say that we are with them. Help heal one another instead of throwing names of innocent people who were pulled to transcribe. I think it is again victimizing the people who are right now hurting by putting up their names. Especially innocent volunteers. Thank God you have struck out the emails.
Keep up the good work....bring out every single filth that is inside that place....and see that arrogant man...only a man....is punished

@ Mr. Frustrated Nithyananda supporter APRIL 6, 2010 9:07 PM
ReplyDeleteWell reading ur post i think ur not in even position to think about these serious issues, what i mean to say that ur mentally challenged.
It could be due to 21 days course or something else. I feel pity on you ... you spent money on books, courses and paid 6000$ for enlightenment and also u volunteered... you had to eat simple food, worked for free and lived like a servant for a lusty man.
Look at u now... lost like a vagabond, sad very sad.
With 6000$ you could have traveled all over india, enjoying its diverse communities or you could have supported a small SHG(self help group) and people would have showered love and respect on you.
But ur greedy mind wanted enlightenment in 21 days, look at Lord Buddha...he gave away his kingdom worked intensely for 6 years and achieved his goal. And u thought u could do it in 21 days? lol
What a price u paid for nothing mr pause man(he was in other posts too uses lots of pauses)?
Sad sad sad .. but its okkeyyy ;-)
In Bangalore ashram, one person who participated in a meditation program, died while practicing a meditation conducted by Ma Nithyananda Priya Mayi, mahachaya who lives in Bangalore. She is a wife of a rich businessman in Bangalore. She uses her connections to ruin people's lives. Pujananda, one of the bramacharis of the Bididid ashram and many of the other ahramites know about this murder.

ReplyDeleteReproducing your quote :

Can you give some more details, as this will be a good evidence to Yogappa's team ?
Reqeust blog owner to also get direct feedback from Ma Nithyananda Priya Mayi, who along with Ram has left Nithy to do the counting in Jail alone by giving more details/proof of what actually happened in this case ?
This would really turn the tables if many such insiders who are seeing right from wrong now, to do some good justice to humanity ?
Please do not blame yourselves for having fooled by Nithy and wasted money and years slaving for him. Nithy has occult power siddhis that keeps many trapped.
ReplyDeleteIt is very hard to explain to those who never experience it what this power is. It is real. I knew it was there - even as a non-ashramite I felt something unexplainable about effects of Energy Darshan and other happenings around Nithy.
A Lama (he is also a Taoist adept) told me never to let anyone touch my ajna chakra unless I trust the person completely. I did not asked the lama for the reason, but now I guess it is ajna is the seat of our WILL POWER. I would very much like to know more about this if anyone can explain it. Thanks.
Buddha didn't work "hard" for six years and achieved his goal. He lived and experienced many, many lifetimes... But in the life he achieved enlightenment, it took him less than a week! Before that all he did was mortifying the body. In our monastery here in CA, we always say dedication to the goal is what matters...
ReplyDeleteInteresting to learn about Nithyananda and his disciples, we watched a lecture by him in 2004. Regarding the ajna, the theravada buddhist tradition says it is the seat of insight, and activating it can lead to various wonderful experiences, but also many illusions. But the Buddha does say that no matter what illusions are, there is no "mind control", since our perception is illusory. He does go on to say we have to be our own guides in the path of Dharma.
No energy can be locked into you, or control you forever. I would also guess that, since the universe is compassion, if such thing was possible it is not adding to your sins, but only to the sins of those who controlled you.
In any case, come and visit us here in Berkeley, CA. Our environment is very serene.
Guys, don't worry. If such thing as "siddis" exist, and they can harm you, and this guru is using them for making money, why can't he simply work for the military? He would make billions...
ReplyDeleteWhich means (a) energy siddis don't hurt, and (b) mind control can only work because we allow someone to exploit our insecurities or greed... So once you snap out of it, there shouldn't be any "left overs"...
I would say, one doesn't need any siddis to trap others who are a bit scared of the world as it is. World is tough place, but we ourselves have the energy to face it and develop it... To those who lost a lot of money, I would definitely look for (a) first a steady job (you are talented), (b) psychological support and (c) in parallel, but once you are a bit stronger, suing. Without (a) you may fall into a very dangerous depression...
