This thing of sh!t Kailaasa was around for some time. I am wondering the timing of making this public. He knows his time is near and he can’t escape anymore. By announcing and making it public now, he wants to garner the support of orthodox Hindus. He thinks those orthodox show their voice to support him and thinks that may help him. Didn’t we see him begging few days ago in that video for people to donate or convince heads of the states for piece of land anywhere on the planet earth so that he can practice his hindutva of slavery and prostitution? Now he claims this Kailasa. This guy is a sh!t. There is no head and no tail on what he talks about. I got a wild thought. What if a shark or whale comes out of that ocean and gulps him in a split of a second and disappear while giving those slavery and prostitution sermons!

There is this video that is going viral on the net and news channels, in which he claims “No stupid court can prosecute me”. This is called digging his own pit. It’s time for the judiciary to teach him a lesson. Judges now should stop taking the kickbacks and show what they are capable of. I am not sure if people have realised or not, but in none of these sermons, they show the live audience. I don’t think there will be even 10 disciples. All of us knew they know that he is not to be found anywhere. It’s the same story every week. An EP will be filed and will be accepted by the judge. His lawyers and the judge should be ashamed of themselves. I am sure the judge must be getting kickbacks on every EP. This is happening inspite of the Supreme Court saying that the case has to be expedited. What is super court doing? Just give an order and sit quiet? If it does not follow up and question the lower courts they will take them for a ride.

Yes, his parents should be ashamed of him. To our knowledge, there's only one left. Nithyananda's father died from a rival's black magic practice in 2005. Nithyananda showed his 'compassion' and 'respect' by dancing around the corpse of his dead father (along with his elated followers) and then standing on his head. True story. This comment is based on the video that her mother did post the recent development where she has asked for CBI probe into this. The content below is from what could be made out of the video which is in pure Tamil.
It all started when Nithy was visiting Salem a place where he started his business. He was 'healing' people and the mother had pain in her legs and knee she was looking for some relief. Sangeetha went along since her elder sister had died and she was in grief. THE ELDER SISTER DIED OF JAUNDICE AND NOT HEART FAILURES. THIS is important to note since it is a lie they cook up and tell their family had heart diseases heriditory for generations. Hence she wanted to meet this swami who may give her some solace from her grief.
Post that they attended some Nithy brain wash sessions and went to Bangalore and the girl wanted to stay there for some time to get back to normal. Since she had a degree in computer related stream she was asked to do 20 hour labor on uploading Nithy blabber and so on.
Post the issues that made it impossible for Nithy to enter Tamil Nadu he cooked up with Madhuri 292 and became 293. When the mother went to see Nithy in Madhuri she saw the beating of an engineering student that made her feel bad and hence wanted to get her daughter back and went to Bangalore.
There her daughter was suffering and wanted to escape , that time she was told Akka (ranjitha) wants to meet her. She was taken and beaten and locked up. Mother was told she has unfinished work and would return once done .
When she met her next time, she saw that Sangeetha was limping and was told iron box fell on her leg whereas reality was that it was part of punishment. Somehow she escaped and came back to her home, there were 4 goondas of Nithy waiting telling that she has stolen pen drive content laptop etc and they would get her caught by police if she doesn't return them and forcefully took her back. When mother went to meet her she was asked to meet Nithy who used such foul language that the mother couldn't believe someone wearing sanyas dress would use. Sangeetha never returned her mother could never see her again and in between so many signature was taken from the mother.
After many months she got a late night phone call that her daughter got heart attack and is in ICU in a Bangalore hospital and she should go immediately. She went and once she reached the hospital, A VEHICLE FROM NITHY DEN CAME WITH SANGEETHA'S BODY.. SHE WAS NEVER IN THE HOSPITAL.
When the mother turned her daughter's face, she saw blood that had come out from her nose thaty had dried up-such decaying smell was coming she estimated that Sangeetha was killed and died at least 3 days before. The goondas who came with the body told that now you have seen her dead, Nithy asked her to be cremated in thiruvannamal!!! She said nothing doing we want her back. Then they got her sign papers,took the body to rajarajeshwari hospital- not the one they were told she was admitted, got her body opened up, removed COMPLETE ORGANS - NOT SAMPLES TO TEST- stitched up the body and delivered it to her home. They insisted Nithy asked it to be burned but the family buried Sangeetha. Nithy goondas went to near by police station and told all done and do not accept any complaint from the family in future.
The police did the same, then they came to Bangalore and made a complaint and filed a case in HC. In the first hearing the judge said it merits a CBI enquiry and what happened? The judge is not there anymore and after 5 years still no hearing...

Mother confirms that Sangeetha never had any illness,did not consume any medicine whatever and was Hale and healthy. She was brutally murdered, thrown away for many days, cut open and all organs removed to erase proof of killing.
Now that the case of two missing daughters is filed, she wants CBI probe that would bring out the truth, shut down Nithy torture centres and all behind bar.

I don’t understand why human rights people and high courts take these kinds of cases as suo moto. When the 2’nd post mortem doctor has said all organs are missing and post mortem can’t be done andi has a recorded evidence of that, may be it’s time to act on it. ReplyDeleteAs expected nothing happened in court on 9th except Lenin being made to stand whole day and deposed even though he told that he want to do his statement only in the physical presence of A1. But he was told it would be contempt of court.. his petition to reissue non bailable warrant was not allowed,vhis request to transfer the case was not allowed and ONLY THING THAS WAS ALLOWED WAS AI LEAVE OF ABSENCE due to parikrama... Judges definitely do now watch ant current news but only the 1949 constitutional articles... Just waste of time. Same thing is expected today at Gujarat since the entire case is now nothing other than some land grab by DPS that they can return back to government and case will be closed. Father may be only able to see children on FB and other social media being great sanyasins of Nithy order and making the world a better place to live.. He can be proud on that aspect...

ReplyDeleteThe Guardian obtained from Ecuador's Ambassador to the U.Kl, Jaime Marchan Romero. His Excellency (that's how you address ambassadors) stated that Nithyananda was in Ecuador from July 5, 2018 up until August 2019. (Remember that Nithyananda's passport expired on September 30, 2019.) The ambassador said that Nithyananda's claimed next country of destination was Haiti; (probably to get his hair done, no doubt.) He went on to say that Nithyananda tried twice and was denied twice to obtain asylum in Ecuador. Epic fail. Twice.
The Ambassador correctly pointed out that Ecuador would never cede its sovereignty to a bunch of outsiders. (Perhaps Nithyananda would have better luck setting up Kailaasa in Pakistan, where any national or foreign adventurer can act outside the law, and even set up its own armed forces, for the right price and political alliance of course.)
It would be excellent if the CID could obtain the Ambassador's statement as a sworn declaration for it shows that Nithyananda's attorney, CV Nagesh, committed multiple acts of perjury to the Court.
Sadly, this current judge presiding over the trial doesn't seem to be interested in any of these facts or even remotely concerned about any serious violations of the law. There seems to be a huge void of responsibility in the current court, and we would welcome its transfer to a district court with capable judges.

ReplyDeleteAnd today, Dec. 10, 2019, Judge Sri Siddalinga Prabhu issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Lenin Karuppan for not showing up to Court. Lenin has had persistent health problems and had to hang around the court yesterday for no reason other than to let Sri Siddalinga Prabhu vent his wrath for having a motion filed in the High Court that would move this case out of his jurisdiction and expose his unique judging capabilities. But, Nithyananda Swami gets exempt for the day after day after day after day. Certainly an unequaled form of justice that we are experiencing.

DeleteThere was an interview on Vikatan in Tamil where a retired CBI officer lists out the procedure to notify Interpol, get notice issued, how RAW and IB can track criminals and so on. It looks to be a multi year task if not decades.. get warrant, send warrant, visit address in India, get NBW, send NBW, visit premises, give newspaper adverts, to prove that the fugitive is absconding and wanted. Then only CBI Interpol unit can request Interpol to issue notice ... Very very very long drawn process and knowing Nithy he would be holed up in a hole that is not part of UN Interpol participating land then no notice will help to dig him out... Father really need to have so much luck and stars in right place to get children back since they are majors and unless they tell on front of court that they were kidnapped and held captive, they are free to live with anyone they want... Tough and sad for the parents who toiled their whole life to bring up children and end up in this Nithy trap...

We're sure that you heard the news, but just in case, the High Court of Karnataka has stayed (temporarily stopped) the trial court (Ramanagara District Court) from the trial. This is a good thing, because we certainly question the judgment of the presiding trial judge. He allowed Nithyananda to be exempt for over 1.5 years or 45 hearing sessions but has placed a non-bailable arrest warrant (NBW) against the whistle-blower, Lenin. More troubling, as stated in the news, that this judge teamed up with Nithyananda's attorney, CV Nagesh, and constantly interrupted Lenin as he tried to give his testimony. Harassment at its worst, or so we allege.
In response, Lenin filed a motion in the High Court of Karnataka. Here is the paper:

That called out the judge for several irregularities.
Upset that he has been 'outted', the Ramanagara District judge slapped Lenin with the NBW and started to place the trial on steroids; it seemed that this allegedly vindictive judge was clearing his calendar just to make sure that he can get back at Lenin, or so we allege*. (*We place this as legal disclaimers just in case the cult wants to try to slap another legal issue against us.)
The hearing was held today, 12 December 2019. The High Court of Karnataka placed a stay on the whole trial (including the NBW against Lenin) and demanded that Nithyananda's legal team state under seal by next Wednesday the current whereabouts of Nithyananda as well as all the excuses for being absent for over 1.5 years or 45 court hearings. Otherwise, it will be seen as contempt of court against Nithyananda.
Looks like Nithyananda's legal team is on the defensive and there will be a big, fresh, fat bill for 100's of hours of attorney's fees. The cult's true-and-tried delay tactics will work against it this time. Tables are turned, at least for now.
So, once again, we are saved from the face of disaster and defeat, just in time.
Next High Court date is Wednesday, 18 December 2019. The transfer petition to move the trial away from the Ramanagar District Court to the District Court in Karnataka will also be held on the 18th.

As stated in the Hindu:
1) Serious allegations are filed against the trial court, the judge in particular. The High Court is taking these alleged violations very seriously.
2) The judge in the trial court now has to file a statement that can and will be used against him. The judge has to explain why he gave Nithyananda an exemption for all these hearings. In this motion alone, the judge is almost a defendant. And, now this judge cannot harass the victims until the High Court makes its ruling.
So, now Nithyananda and the trial court judge have been caught. Let's see if these little worms can wiggle their way out this time.

DeleteThanks, anon's, for sharing. Our Kannada skills are nonexistent. But, we kept on hearing Shinde's name. The news flashed the settlement agreement that was signed in 2015 after the cult knew that it would lose.
The Shinde case was phase two of the Popat case. Whereas Popat was an individual, these were other people that were 'allegedly' cheated by donating to Nithyananda and his criminal organizations prior to the scandal in 2010.
The Shinde case was registered in a Federal Court (not a local court as reported in the video. A Federal Court has a high bar for the cases that it is allowed to be filed in). This time Nithyananda himself was named a defendant and was successfully served the papers because his then secretary, Atmananda, was not vigilant. Nithyananda was furious and fired him. But, still made Atmananda file false cases against Lenin assuring that Atmananda had to support Nithyananda. Of the many charges, RICO (racketeering) was filed against Nithyananda.
The other defendants went 'dark' and were impossible to serve the papers. So, in a very rare exception, the presiding judge allowed the defendants to be served via their social media accounts. Facebook and LinkedIn were the primary accounts used. Within hours after being successfully served, these alleged criminals closed their accounts. Too late. Busted!
During the conversation after Nithyananda Foundation and Gopal Reddy Sheelum were pronounced 'guilty' in Popat's case in July 2012, the jury said that had Nithyananda himself been named, then we would have found him guilty. At that time, the attorney representing the Plaintiff (Popat) thought that it would be too hard to serve Nithyananda. But, actually it wasn't. Vinay was able to serve Nithyananda back in or around May 2012 with the help of a journalist who attended one of Nithyananda's press release conferences. This resulted in an all-out riot in the ashram with Nithyananda's ashramites screaming and punching everyone they could see.
Concurrently, Aarthi Rao went public with her plight, which also fueled public opinion to punish Nithyananda and his criminal organization. This prompted the then Chief Minister of Karnataka to shut down the ashram and stop Nithyananda. Nithyananda was arrested twice in 2012. Sadly, a political coup against the CM happened and former CM B.S. Yeddyurappa worked behind the scenes to remove the CM and install someone who was favorable to him. So, the brief window to shut down Nithyananda was once again stopped.
Back to the Shinde Federal Lawsuit. In 2015, Nithyananda and Nithyananda's organization came to their senses. Their crazy hardcore attorney, Aviv L. Touchman, also came to his senses. Mr. Touchman was the main reason why Popat's case went to trial, which went very bad for Nithyananda. During Popat's case, the cult (not the Plaintiff) demanded to put the sex contract on the screen for the jury to look at it. The cult was gaming that the jury would only see the first part of the contract that looked like a normal nondisclosure. However, the Plaintiff's attorney went straight to the addendum that had all the steamy stuff written in black and white. Other really dumb mistakes like this sealed Nithyananda's guilty verdict. So, Aviv L. Touchman apparently didn't want a repeat.
And, as anyone has gone through the ordeal, lawsuits are not cheap. The cult has money, guns, and lawyers. So, unless you have a huge trove of cash and are willing to spend it, then it makes sense to settle.
Although we wish that the Plaintiffs in the Shinde lawsuit continued to trial, we certainly cannot blame them for settling.
All that evidence still remains as exhibits in the case and are public documents. These are 'time bombs' just waiting to go off if the U.S. Authorities ever get serious about investigating Nithyananda and his cult.

As you recall, the High Court ordered that the judge, Sri Siddalinga Prabhu, state why he exempted Nithyananda around 45 court hearings over a period of 1.5 years, but issued a non-bailable arrest warrant (NBA) against Lenin, who is a primary witness. The High Court also wants to know where Nithyananda is and what excuses were given for his absence over 1.5 years. We suspect that the parties submitted their 'reply' briefs in answer to the High Court's orders.
We have unconfirmed word that the High Court will continue the stay (stop the rape trial) at the lower court until Friday, January 10, 2020.
We think that the High Court now wants to review all the submitted documents (and celebrate the holidays) before it makes a decision.
Once again, this is unconfirmed.
The High Court docket will have the official word once it is made public, and we will post it here.

Our times are seeing an increasing number of fake babas/gurus(in the likes of Asaram Bapu/Ram Rahim/Nithyananda/Jaggi Vasudev) controlling the whole political structure of the country with their money and muscle powers. The initial videos that were shown on the TV channels way back in 2010 of the victims of Nithyananda were really heart-breaking. As a common man, I fail to see why the flock that follows him still cling to him.

This chap tells he knows kalachakra mantra using which he can do AUTHENTIC akashik reading not taking like children do when they are beaten, not given food etc... What he says is that there was a Kali cult - may be my spelling is wrong- in 1740s that Warren Lord got an end to. It details their modus operandi where they will act as sanyasins and steal and kill innocent people. There was one leader whom Warren could not catch. They caught his lady which is now ranjitha, tried to get his location details from her but she did not. When Warren starts killing her family, she relents and leads them to this leader who then gets caught and killed. After 150 years of waiting for a body, this has taken birth as Nithy and other as Ranjitha. He predicts Nithy will be killed by Ranjitha and she will take over the entire and say all cases are no more valid because they were done by Nithy. I am not saying this is true, but a pretty good one to listen to.

Fair enough. Donated a small amount of $100 for now. Luckily, my deared ones are out of the cult, for now, few months ago and all is well as of now. But, I see the faith didn’t disappear from within. As I know, they came out due to excessive physical burn out and sleep deprivation. Even though they are on top of the latest news, they are still in a denial state. They still truly believe he is an incarnation and paramashiva. It is the media, the police and the court laying false cases on him, is what they believe. No matter what I say, it doesn’t sink in. Such was the brainwash they do there. It was a constant struggle for me for the past 11 years. During these years, they were in and out of the ashram 4 times. If I count their stay in that shity place in the last 11 years, it adds up to anywhere around 18 months. Directly or indirectly, I might have lost anywhere close to 40 lakhs of Indian rupees. More than money, I lost the precious life, career, peace of mind, dignity, pride, ego, respect in the society, respect of the family and friends. Because of the constant fear of losing the family, I believe I lost my personality too. It was so devastating to me that I can’t even explain. I think and hope life will be much better going forward. But, I have this constant fear, in the back of my mind that anything can happen at anytime. I lost the trust on my people. I can’t believe how much they were brainwashed. I can’t understand why these cults prosper and what is their goal. They enjoy by destroying families and future of the kids too. For what? For money? How disgusting can it be. And they claim themselves as gurus and gods. I wonder who they were in their past lives and who they will be in their next lives. Stay strong. We've lived your life in many ways. We also tried to keep a family together and soon we were sporting the mala too.
Keep your faith in God. Tests will be many. No one can take your faith away. That one is in your hands.
If your family members are back in your realm, be sure to remove / destroy all things Nithyananda. When they look at those things and read his books, etc., there minds will go back to him and that hellhole of a place.
For at least the next six months, but usually 12, we recommend not to read or listen to other spiritual books, lectures, etc. Let the mind have a break. We have found that when people leave the cult and the read or hear any other spiritual teachings, no matter how sound and pure those teachings might be, the first thing that ex-members do is 'remember' and 'compare' to Nithyananda.
Trips to holy places and places of nature, that's fine. But, scriptures, other meditations, etc., usually need a break.
And, to some people, you might have lost so-called 'dignity' and 'respect'. In our books, you did an amazing job to keep your family together for 11 years of Hell. Many would just cut their losses and run. Sticking it out for so long has certainly been noticed from Divine and will be rewarded for your efforts later.
Yes, God will ultimately punish Nithyananda and his criminal cult. We're doing our best to speed up the process. It's two steps forward, six steps sideways, one step back. Progress has been made for the sincere efforts of many. More progress will come shortly.
Yes, it is easy to lost trust, faith, etc. after such a long battle. But, you are already strong to have endure and overcome the obstacles. You need to be kind to yourself and relax. Reward yourself for a job well done.
After a period of time, anywhere from six to 24 months, you will see how strong you are from this. A horrible way to gain strength, but it will be there, and everything will not be for not.
Please do continue to watch over your family. Vigilance is key. The cult will try to reach out and reclaim them. Be sure to have all communication to the cult severed. Get your family all busy in something fun but not related to Nithyananda. Get their minds busy and off of Nithyananda.
Be sure to ban the use of their 'cult' names. Nithyananda's identities are not their identities. Do not let them be hijacked anymore.
It will take some time for them to reclaim their identities, but it will happen. Be easy on them. There will be a period that they become really angry with themselves for being abused and misled. It's part of the healing process.

What a wonderful message and advice. This means a lot to me. I am trying all I can do to make them safe and feel happy. No matter how many items I take away from them(For Ex., Rudhrakshas, photos, books etc.,) they keep appearing from somewhere. Sometimes I feel, as if , are they coming out from Akshaya pathra. Unfortunately, I can’t keep a whistle on them 24/7. Whenever I am not around, they continue to go to his YouTube videos. I think I was successful in sending them a strong message. What I told them was, as long as I am alive, I will take care of you guys no matter where you are on this planet earth(Be it with me or in the shity places like that ashram). But remember one thing... The moment I am gone, there will be no one in this world who will look after you(Neither their parentS nor my parents nor any of the relatives from either side). In fact, it is also true. Neither my parents nor my wife’s parents are happy they are back. They just don’t trust them. They think they are better off staying there. Surprisingly, even wife’s parents pressured me so many times, in the past 11 years, to cut the ties with her, divorce and get married again. I told everyone that it’s one life and one woman no matter what happens. I sincerely hope and pray life will be little better going forward.

Even after our own cleansing found a mala picture tucked deep into our wallet six years after leaving (and fighting) this Ravana. Of course, we kept some stuff as evidence in our contained 'trove'. Yeah, but stuff keeps on reappearing. Just throw it out.
Having children is a Divine commitment. One that is not easy.
Letting them watch YouTube videos and that sort of thing is like letting 'recovering' junkies keep their needles for memories sake. No good will come from it. At the very least, pada pooja sets, Nithya malas, bracelets, and books need to go in the rubbish can ASAP.
You might consider making a contract with your family for conditions of being back. Just a thought. This is what the Salvation Army does when it helps people 'recover' and 'reclaim' their lives from addiction. They have a pretty good track record.
You might consider new cell phones with the condition of new imported contacts and new email IDs while deleted the old ones. Facebook profiles also need to be deleted. The cult members will try to lure them back. That will be a battle. But, you hold the keys now. The cult doesn't.
At the very least, keep them busy with lots of exercise, sports, education, and hobbies, especially hobbies that require a strong mental focus, are best to replace the mindless wash of Nithyananda.
Eleven years and a lot of angry family members. Yikes! But, you have a chance to prove them wrong. Their angry can't be denied and is certainly justified. In this way, their angry is like love that has been blocked for way too long. Frustrated beyond comprehension. They will come around, but you have to make sure your family sees the hurt that Nithyananda created. That will help wake them up too.
We will keep you and your family in our prayers. This is a good start. It will get better from here. Soon, it will be hard to go back to that hellhole and their options of returning will be limited.

He is a master at it. I know lot of kids who refuse to call their Mom as Mom and Dad as dad. These are his teachings and sanathana dharma. Don’t know if it is called sanathana dharma or Saturn’s dharma. As the mother of the kids rightly said, his end is near and he will have to face this bad karma for many more life’s to come.

What I also noticed, something weird, sometimes I hear a photo click sound. I am assuming, there is some hidden software that is taking picture of the individual(s) who is accessing the website. It’s ridiculous that he is successful in connecting to people via social media and the whole Interpol is ubale to find him.

DeleteThanks for the quality comment. We check INTERPOL daily. So far, only a Blue Corner Notice has been issued. That is to request information about the whereabouts. We are waiting for the Red Corner Notice for him and Gopal Reddy Sheelum (accused no. 2). That would put other countries on alert to arrest him and extradite him back, although it is up to the other (host) country to do so. These countries are not legally bound to do so; it's on an honor system. Most countries would cooperate and immediately arrest him if INTERPOL issued a Red Corner Notice. However, Nithyananda most likely obtained citizenship through one of the Caribbean nations that sells 'safe' citizenships to the highest bidder. But, even if the host country does not comply, then that would clip Nithyananda's wings so that he never could never leave his so-called Camp Kalish ever again. Stuck.
Yes, we all hope that two Red Corner Notices are issued. COVID-19 certainly slowed down the momentum, but we are still hopeful.
