The Supreme Court of India tells Sex Swami Nithyananda and the Other Five Accused to Start Their Trial Now! (This Tuesday, 5 June 2018)
In a resounding legal victory for dharma and a crushing defeat for Sex Swami Nithyananda and the other five accused criminals, the Supreme Court of India today, 1 June 2018, ordered that their criminal charges of rape, criminal intimidation, conspiracy, destruction of evidence, abetting to rape and sexual abuse, abnormal sex, threat to life, and lots of felony fraud must get started now. It took the Apex Court less than five minutes to deny at least three neatly dressed attorneys the opportunity to convince the Supreme Court that it should consider the pleas of serial obstructionists and quash the criminal proceedings that are leveled against them and walk away scot-free. The Supreme Court reasoned that in light of the unfavorable order from the session court of the Ramnagaram Criminal Court and in light of the unfavorable appeal order from the High Court of Karnataka, that Nithyananda and his hoard of thugs don't have a case. Scram! Get the criminal trial started! Times up! It's been nearly eight years now.
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the High Court.
The special leave petitions are dismissed.
However, it is made clear that the Trial Court will decide the matter without being influenced by the observation made in the impugned order.

So, will Nithyananda's attorneys still bill their clients? We know that they are in it just for the charity to help an Divine Avatar out of a hot seat. Frankly, they didn't do anything, except stand their with their limbs blowing in the wind. It must be a long trip back to their five-star hotel. Pity. But, thank goodness for Inner Awakening fees. Today probably just costs less than seven participants. (7 x $15,000 = $105,000 - the cost of being a holy criminal.)
Sayonara, Sex Swami Nithyananda. You exhausted your final appeal. No more. Finished. You and the others must stand trial.
So, all eyes will be on this coming TUESDAY, 5 June 2018, where the framing of the charges begin. Nithyananda and the others must enter their please of 'guilty' or 'not guilty'. There can be no more appeals launched by the defendants. Next stop is a trial.

We see a probable pattern unfold. Sex Swami only appealed for himself and Ayya, Sri Nithya Sadhananda, a.k.a. Mr. T. Dhanasekaran (accused no. 4). It would appear that his wife, Ma Nithya Sadhananda, a.k.a. Ms. D. Jamunarani (accused no. 6 and co-signer to all the sex contracts) was also included in the recent DENIED appeal to the Supreme Court of India. Absent from this DENIED appeal to the Supreme Court of India was was Mr. Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Bhaktananda, (accused no. 2 and currently claiming that he had heart surgery - ironic that a heartless man possibly could have heart surgery, but with Sex Swami Nithyananda, anything is possible). Also absent were husband and wife dual (not Bonnie and Clyde), but Mr. Siva Vallabheneni, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Sachitananda (accused no. 3 - and destroyer of crucial evidence), and Ms. Ragini Vallabheneni, a.k.a. Ma Nithya Sachitananda (accused no. 5 - and was the Madam that shuffled ladies, a few men, and several underage boys in and out of Nithyananda's private chambers for late night tantic sessions.)
These others that were not included, no. 2, 3, 5, and possibly 6, could have been excluded from the appeal because they do not have the money, undergoing a riff with the Avatar, etc. But, most likely, that today, Monday, 4 June 2018, at least one of these excluded criminals (if not all of them) will file a second appeal to the Supreme Court of India in hopes to buy another delay.
As we all know that the last delay tactic costs between $100,000 to $200,000 and didn't buy a single day. If the same projected path is used, then another appeal to the Supreme Court of India will buy the accused another week. Or the cult could get lucky and get further mileage out of the second appeal. A gamble.
Past appeals to the Supreme Court bought the cult nearly two years of a stay with impunity. Now they only get two days of relief, if that. That's a lot of cash for a lot of nothing.
There's another scenario that could unfold if the accused try this route. The session criminal court in Ramanagara Court could give a stay to just those that launched a fresh appeal to the Supreme Court, but could then demand that the others who lost the appeal last Friday, 1 June 2018, have their charges framed. The Court also could become very upset if the accused absconded from their court ordered appearance. The Court has all kinds of remedies to correct this issue including revoking their bail privileges with prejudice.
Meanwhile, it is unclear whether the (un)Holy Tour Guide, Sex Swami Nithyananda, has proceeded with his money-making Holiday in Cambodia at a tune of $6,000 USD (starting) a pop. The dates of this week-long tour inconveniently collide with Sex Swami Nithyananda's mandatory court appearance this Tuesday, 5 June 2018 to frame his charges.

Hot off the press! Framing of the charges has began against Sex Swami Nithyananda and everyone else except Mr. Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swami (accused no. 2). Mr. Sheelum didn't show up to court, so now there's an arrest warrant out for him.
