The framing of the charges began? Does this mean that the trial that you said was dismissed long time back for rape, fraud, threat to life, criminal conspiracy & unnatural sex has began? Heavens! And, didn't your stellar, but pricey legal representation, Mr. CV Nagesh and Mr. Anand Sanjay Nuli admit in court that these NDA sex contracts were legitimate and that you did have consensal sex with all those ladies? And, were all those NDA sex contracts that were co-signed by your first ashramite, Ma Nithya Sadhananda, a.k.a. Ms. D. Good news! No sooner than the court framed the charges against Sex Swami Nithyananda the Holy Tour Guide updated his Cambodian Tour. It now has the dates of 6 June through 12 June 2018. His Holiness can have his money-making holiday and be back to appear in court on Thursday 14 June 2018 all rested and flush with cash. We just hope that he doesn't have any problems with customs. And, thank goodness that Sex Swami Nithyananda has a bunch of rich and unemployed followers who can change his schedule as fast as he Court makes him change it. We're sure that Sex Swami Nithyananda's Cambodian Tour will be a huge success! Perhaps his marketing department can advertise that it will be the last time to co-mingle with the Avatar before he goes to prison. As in the words of Ma Sachitananda, "Don't miss!" We wouldn't miss it for the world. Really.

That's just 12 days, which is two less days than the original tour schedule from 8 June through 22 June 2018. Will the price of the tour go down by 15 percent? Unfortunately for Sex Swami Nithyananda, his mandatory court appearance is on 14 June 2018, which conflicts with the revised tour dates. Will he again reschedule the tour? We are in the month of June 2018. Hence, it is highly impossible to accept the contention of the 2nd accused that he is physically not fit to attend the court proceedings. It is relevant to note that, there is directions from Honorable Supreme Court in Spl. Leave Petition (Criminal) No.1176/2017 to dispose of the matter expeditiously. DeleteThanks, anon, for the good question. We were wondering the same. No one came to us privately to offer any new information about whether if Sex Swami Nithyananda and his fawnish followers embarked in another money-making holy tour guide to Cambodia.
The cult, which is never shy of posting pictures in hope of luring new suckers and reconnecting to others in the hopes of getting additional support and most of all money out of them, has been silent. Zero NEW pictures of the now suspected CANCELLED Cambodian tour has been posted.
Instead, there are pictures of Sex Swami Nithyananda prancing around temples in Tamil Nadu, India. Most recently one near the city of Kumbakonam.
We suspect that shuffling the dates to the Cambodian tour threw off any supporters that intended to tag along. The quickly changing criminal legal landscape against Nithyananda and his cult didn't help matters either. Nithyananda's trial has began. He has made his plea of 'not guilty'.
Early next week, Sex Swami Nithyananda will know if he and his cult will be investigated for murder over the sudden and bizarre death of Sangeetha Arjunan. If yes, then Nithyananda can be assured that the CID police will be in his ashram everyday interrogating murder suspects and bringing them to justice. It will be interesting to see how well Criminalananda's generals will be unclutched and how many will save themselves by ratting on Sex Swami Nithyananda. It will only take one.

As you might recall, the High Court of Karnataka had scheduled a hearing regarding the suspicious death and possible murder of Ms. Sangeetha Arjunan for this Monday, 11 June 2018. It was slated to be number 103 in Court Hall 11. Unfortunately, time ran out and the hearing was postponed and will be rescheduled very soon. This delay could work in a favor. So, this is not a setback by any regards. We are highly certain that Ms. Sangeetha Arjunan was murdered by Nithyananda and his criminal thugs. Justice will be delivered.

Yes, the cult has plenty to worry about. A murder and a cover up, that will top their list of recent woes. Time is almost up for Sex Swami Nithyananda and his criminal cult.

Some more good news on the case! Looks like the petitioner (Sangeetha's mother) is now represented with an attorney. This should help her cause tremendously.
And, it looks like the petition is to have the Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) investigate the the alleged murder. We said incorrectly that the petition was to have the CID investigate the case. The CBI to India is like the FBI to the United States. So that's an upgrade! (Although we know the CID under the leadership of Charan Reddy is quite capable too.) Regardless, we agree that the investigation should be taken away from the local police who have done ZERO to close this case and entrust the case in the hands of those that can do the job.
We pray for both Sangeetha and her Mother.

Here is the latest notes from the Ramanagara Court for Nithyananda's latest hearing date of Thursday, 14 June 2018:
A4 present. A2 and Other accused absent. EP for A1, A3, A5 and A6 filed. Allowed. Exempted for the day. On behalf of A2, surety by name Sri.Sathish Selvakumar present. He undertakes to produce accused No.2 by the next date of hearing as the 2nd accused is at United States of America. Sri.ERGN for accused No.2 has submitted that, the wife of accused No.2 made all the attempts to make all the arrangements to take the accused No.2 to India by Air Ambulance. Hence, he requested the court to grant time to the surety to produce A2 by next date of hearing. Per contra, learned Special Prosecutor has seriously objected for the grant of time. It is relevant to note once again that, there is directions from Hon'ble Apex Court to dispose of the matter expeditiously. Under circumstances, it is incumbent upon this court to proceed with trial. To proceed with the trial the presence of accused No.2 is required. From the submission made clear that, as of now A2 is at USA. Under circumstances, the forfeiting of bail bonds as on today would serve no purpose. On the other hand, if a direction is given to the surety of A2 to keep present A2 on the next date of hearing so as to frame charge, it will meet the ends of justice. So, it looks routine and proceeding as planned. If Gopal Reddy Sheelum doesn't appear in two weeks, he will be done. We imagine that the property to secure his bond will also be confiscated, which certainly would be a cult member's property. Who else would put up a bond for Gopal? We understand that the trial will proceed with or without Gopal Reddy Sheelum (Bhaktananda - accused no. 2), so his delay tactics don't mean squat at this moment. Any delay would mean that a nice warm cell for the next ten years or longer await him.
Justice will be served.

1) The High Court of Karnataka hearing date scheduled for 20 June 2018 to allow the CID police to investigate the alleged murder of Sangeetha Arjunan was not heard as scheduled. The next tentative hearing date is set for 4 July 2018, although that might be moved up sooner.
2) In a desperate attempt to delay the trial, accused no. 3, Mr. Siva Vallabhaneni, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Sachitananda and accused no. 4, Mr. T. Dhanasekaran, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Sadhananda (Ayya) filed an appeal to the High Court of Karnataka. The grounds of the complaint is that there was a technicality that wasn't corrected, even thought the charges have already been framed. This hopeless attempt will be a godsend to their attorneys, i.e. free money.
It is highly unlikely that the High Court would grant a stay for this reason, and the next hearing date is 28 June 2018; one week away. But we have to give credit to Siva Vallabhaneni and Ayya for trying. Their time is up, and they have ran out of luck. Maybe they could use some blessings from their Avatar.

Quite telling how brainwashed and out of the loop they're about what's going on with the court trial and why he has a beard. It's honestly just sad.
For instance, Cocmic (b)Light Boy thinks that Sex Swami's beard is just another divine miracle and that any fact from the media or even the court itself is just wrong. He goes on to say that Sex Swami's gentials don't work, but ignores that Sex Swami Nithyananda's legal counsel said that all the sex that Nithyananda admited to when imprisoned in 2010 was consensual because he had them all sign NDA sex contracts. And so on.
It seems that Cosmic (b)Light Boy has no problem writing abusive words like "morons", "horsesh!t", and other nastiness. He certainly reflects his master's ideology.
Sadly, there's very little hope for brainwashed dolts like Cosmic (b)Light Boy. I hope a bulldozer comes and shoves these worthless souls into one big pit. After Nithyananda is found guilty in his upcoming trial, this just might very well happen.

Yesterday, the the Ramanagara Court held another hearing against Nithyananda Swami and the other five accused.
No one showed up!
The judge accepted the absence of Nithyananda Swami (A-1) and A-3 through 6. A-2, Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swami, who is now the failed real estate salesman from Florida, was not excused. The Judge has taken steps to:
1) Forfeit the security (surety) that secured his bond. That certainly must have been a tough pill to swallow for Sri Sathish Selva Kumar, son of Dr. N. Selva Kumar, who was at the hearing. He got to say bye-bye to his property.
2) The Court has directed the CID to separate A-2 (Gopal) from the rest of the trial as to ensure that the trial proceeds without delay as directed by the Supreme Court of India in its December 7, 2017 ruling. Therefore, Gopal's absence will not create a delay and Nithyananda and the rest can enjoy the rights to a speedy (after eight years) trial and put this all behind them after serving several life sentences.
The next hearing date will be on 16 July 2017. If Gopal Sheelum (A-2) does not appear then, it will be curtains for him. Perhaps it already is and for the other alleged criminals.

It is relevant to note that, the NBW issued against accused No.2 is returned un-executed. Under the above circumstances, this court is of the opinion that, the application filed by the surety liable to be rejected. Accordingly, rejected. The bail bonds of accused No.2 and his surety is hereby stands forfeited. Office is hereby directed to register separate criminal miscellaneous case both against accused No.2 and his surety. Case against A2 is split up. Office is hereby directed to register separate Sessions Case against accused No.2. It is for the complainant police to submit two sets of charge sheet copies on or before next date of hearing. (one certified). Call on for FDT by 16.07.2017.
