DeleteToday, Wednesday, 18 September 2019, the main case has Lenin Karuppan give his deposition (official statement) as evidence. He did this before, but the cult's attorney successfully argued that the original Tamil translator who took Lenins' first deposition should be disqualified due to a technical error. Yes, this is just one more harassment and delay tactic that makes a mockery of justice. But that's all the cult has going for it at the moment. So, as we write, Lenin is telling the same story that he did a year ago about everything that happened ten years ago.

Also on the menu today, in the High Court of Karnataka, the Sangeetha Arjunan case is on the possible list to be heard. (Most likely it won't be.) As everyone recalls, Sangeetha was the young woman that died in Nithyananda's ashram under mysterious circumstances. Her body was not cremated as the cult requested her to be. She was buried and exhumed twice in order to extract bodily fluids for evidence. We suspect that Nithyananda has paid a (fake) king's ransom to keep the local police quiet. So, this appeal is set by Sangeetha's mother and requests that the CBI (that's India's FBI) investigate her daughters alleged murder. Lots of stakeholders (we suspect) to make sure this case remains off the radar. One day, the light will shine and reveal the true culprits that are cloaked in kavi. We await.

DeleteI hate to say it but I feel as if nothing is going to happen with the court case or any new cases that are made against Nithyananda. He'll never be required to show up in court and they'll never issue a warrant for his arrest to show up. Scientology is still as strong as ever despite everyone knowing it's a cult by now. Mormonism is another huge cult in parts of the USA that has become legitimized. They own too much land and property (the entire city of Salt Lake City in Utah) and have politicians in their pocketbook to ever be shut down. Nithyananda seems to be on the same path of expanding despite Sarah and other ex-devotees coming forward.

We suspect the comment above on September 17, 2019 at 6:28 PM is just more divisive dribble from Nithyananda's nastyanandas. The give away was attacking Mormons. Only a cult member would take that approach. Since fear is no longer in the equation, this little troll tried unsuccessfully to spread 'uncertainty' and 'doubt' (part of the true-and-tried FUD approach.)
Yes, this has dragged on. Nearly ten years now. Yes, we suspect that there have been corrupt judges, but there's been honest judges too.
And, yes, the legal system is gamed to be able to drag it out with nothing happening.
But let's set the record straight for the little troll. Shall we? OK.
1) Just last year, the judge issued a non-bailable arrest warrant (NBW) against Nithyananda. That set off the appeals to the High Court.
2) The Supreme Court of India clearly ruled against Nithyananda twice.
3) Nithyananda was forced to undergo his 'potency' tests (as ordered by the Supreme Court).
4) Nithyananda is no where to be seen since June 2018. That's over 15 months.
5) Since his hiding, the cult has only ran one (1) online money-making program.
6) We suspect that Nithyananda is burning cash while hiding. He is no Bin Laden and the stories that he lived in caves and went trekking barefoot were proven to be lies since January 2010. He (and his entourage) needs luxury and be pampered.
7) Lots of people have defected including his once number one recruiter, Sarah. Although there always was a revolving door with some high profile followers like Mark 'the announcer' disappearing, there were soon new dumbflips taking the defectors' warm chair.
8) Signs that the 'machine' is breaking down and money is scarce. Many of the frivolous lawsuits and criminal charges against the victims have just dried up. The cult now needs to carefully chose which battles to pick. Also, until recently, many of the social media outlets just dried up. It took a major event like Sarah to fire up the machine again, but the attack is just not as sophisticated or as effective as before. Yes, the cult looks desperate.
9) The trial is proceeding. And, Nithyananda was chargesheeted in June 2018.
10) The pictures from the city centers just have fewer and fewer followers, which means donations are down and the expenses of running the local dumpsters remain constant.
11) Thanks to every comedian and wannabe comedian in Tamil Nadu, Nithyananda is the laughing stock. Nithyananda's once lofty claims that he was the most watched guru on YouTube just might be true now for all the reasons that would drive him crazy.
12) Nithyananda's health has diminished greatly over the years. He tested positive for diabetes and diabetic medicine. He looks fat and unhealthy.
13) The original inner-circle are all in a boat load of trouble. Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Bhaktananda Swami (A-2), is prison bound. Siva Vallabhaneni (A-3) had a non-bailable arrest warrant issued last year and has done nothing career-wise for the last ten years; (too busy being scared). Ms. Ragini Vallabhaneni (A-5) suffers from cancer. Ma Nithya Sadhananda, a.k.a. Ms. D. Jamunarani (A-6), is also very sick and nearly passed out as she was chargesheeted. Her husband, Sri Nithya Sadhananda, a.k.a. Mr. T. Dhanasekaran, is in no better shape.
So, Nithyananda's empire is not expanding. Only the crimes against him and the number of victims coming out is expanding.
The little troll who posted the above comment could well be the next candidate to become A-7. We will see.

Just for fun, here's the timeline I've kept about this:
Psychic children told them to go to the statue under the banyan tree. They found each other there, both sent at the same time by psychic children, so they assumed it meant their marriage was divinely orchestrated. He grudgingly gave his blessing and said get married immediately then move back to the aasheam. No middle ground with him; people have to live with him as sanyasi, or else as grihasta. (He wants people to throw their lives NOW, either into sanyas, or into marriage. Indicision = incompletion, in the twisted mind of nithy...) He then gossiped with the rest of us about how big a mistake they were making. When he heard that we all thought the marriage was cosmically blessed because it was foretold by psychic kids, he yelled that we were misinterpreting the message from those psychic kids, and he pouted. He really wanted Jordan on his team. LOL. And he forbade them from telling people that the marriage was divinely orchestrated, because he still felt jilted that Jordan chose Jillian over him...
The thing about having 10 kids is something Shithyananda tells ALL his married disciples, en masse. It's kind of like cult future planning: he tells everyone to have 10 kids each and give them all to his gurukul. (Poor kids...) And the thing about the enlightened baby came from a magical powder he made at a homa fire. Apparently, Any woman who applied that magical powder was set to carry Lord Murugan Himself if she conceived within a year. (That was just under two years ago now... too late.) He said these babies would be born with six fingers, or a spear shaped birth mark. So far, no such babies...

DeleteMany devotees read this blog in secret and it has helped them see through the lies. The issue is that many devotees have nothing outside of Nithyananda's organization. They've given away everything to live at one of his ashram's and fear what would happen if he goes to jail or dies. Sarah and other western devotees have it so easy. They can just leave and not have to deal with money issues due to their wealthy family members or money they have saved up. Many of the poorer indian devotees at the ashram have no family or wealth. They have nothing if they left the ashram and would have to start their entire life over again. There is no homeless indian shelter for them. India doesn't care about their homeless people and none of the hindu temples care either!

DeleteI don’t think the western devotees have it easy. They also gave up everything and return to nothing accepting charity etc. remember he makes them burn all ties to family friends etc you are not permitted any relationship but with him. He has taken all their money and savings so they don’t have it easy at all. Usually returning to a very different family structure and to no friends having burnt all their bridges. My advise, place you’re exit, be calm and quiet about it. If they find out you want to leave they will put you on lock down. Best to lie and say some emergency or need to renew visa or some legal issue. They are afraid of legal issues...also arrange a place to stay. If you are in India there are many other ashrams or temples you can volunteer at and stay for a short period. Contact any family or friends and plan this ahead of time ..also if you want to get out post on this blog. I’m sure people will help. Don’t be a defeatist, leave and start living again. Get the f*ck out as soon as possible before he takes your life.

I’m sure it’s not that hard to track him down ...he has probably contacted every country in SA to get asylum so a few discrete inquires would reveal the location. 1. Living conditions were different in the aadheenam depending on the department the person was in. For the kids, they had a lice infested caged area in the main dorm, without hot water or drinking water. Most adults lived in the same dorm, on upper levels away from the kids. The dorms were very dirty because the leaders in the organization didn't give enough cleaning supplies or time to clean. Nithyananda often yelled at his disciples for being dirty, but denied their requests for cleaning materials and time. Many had to wear the same dirty clothes over and over again because they didn't have time to wash. Married residents and families had private rooms, with hot running water and some with air conditioning. (This is why Jordan and Jillian, AKA Dridha and Prasiddha, AKA Blissful Athlete and Kundalini Yogini, don't know what happened in the kids dorm, and don't feel the place was as difficult to live in as those in the dorms.) A few of us had rooms within Nithyananda's own building, called Ananda Puri. I shared a room with Ma Achala Swami, the head of his legal team, off his courtyard. It was right next to Nithyananda's swing, and we were told it was the greatest blessing to live in his personal residence. The room was cockroach infested, the wood was being eaten by termites, and we weren't allowed to clean or have it repaired because only those "blessed by Nithyananda" were allowed to enter the room. People who Nithyananda was mad at had to move to branch campuses that were often attacked by locals due to land grabbing issues. The punishment in the ashram was being sent to a side-campus called Sacred Arts. It was trumped as an arts centre, but was also the ashram garbage dump and production centre for furniture and day to day items. People sent to Sacred Arts were in a process called "prayas chitta," trying to absolve themselves of sinful actions against the guru. They were ostracized from the main campus, had to make their own food with limited resources, worked 18-20 hour manual labour days, and had to wear scrub-like orange clothes, not the full, proper "kaavi" others had.
2. There were a lot of red flags and things that didn't resonate with me. I saw Nithyananda lose his temper on a daily basis. He would shout at people, growl with his teeth showing like a mad dog, call people dirty names, and blame people for mistakes others had made. He often contradicted himself, telling someone to do something, then yelling at them and asking who told them to do it. He was narcissistic, and instructed me (and later all the women in the Rudrakanya order,) to wear make-up all the time. He criticized other gurus, lashing out at Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Sathguru, specifically. He told us in public never to attack anyone, but in private, gave us names of people to "destroy," including his critics, media personalities who spoke against him, ex disciples, etc. I went along with all of that, but didn't like any of it.

6. Cognitive Dissonance is a strange inner conflict in which two pieces of information can't co-exist, so people literally can't process and believe the new information. In Nithyananda Cult, people have been mind controlled to the point that they trust Nithyananda over their own rational thinking, and believe he is an avatar of Shiva. When he does things like call someone by the wrong name, yell at somebody for another person's mistake, drop a deity on the ground, etc, they believe he didn't make a mistake, he deliberately pretended to make a mistake to test our surrender. When kids cry about being abused, they don't try to help the kids, they try to do damage control to make sure the kids' cry for help doesn't hurt their guru. When rape victims come forward about how Nithyananda sexually abused them, they call the women (and a few men, and children,) liars because they believe he is not capable of a sexual act. (He is.) Cognitive dissonance is why brainwashed people stay brainwashed: they reject evidence against their false belief system.

We do know that Ranjitha shares the same room with Nithyananda.
It is very difficult for her not to know what is happening in her own room and what her 'husband' (complete with diamond ring) is doing under her nose.
We do know that Nithyananda has had sexual encounters with children that were under the age of 18. Our information, although dated, was that these minors were around 16 or older.
We do know that past 'madams' groomed other ladies (and some men) for Nithyananda's special 'enlightenment' experience, which these madams sadly believed was good for the sexual victims. (Remember, this was pre-scandal era.)
It very likely that Ranjitha at the least condones Nithyanananda's sexual exploits if not abetted to them.
And, there's almost as high of a probability that Ranjitha organized and actively recruited Nithyananda's sexual victims, whether they be 'consenting' adults (both females and males) who signed Nithyananda's sex contract (under duress) or exploited children.
And, yes, we agree. Ranjitha is pure evil. She is one in the same to Nithyananda's crimes. She deserves a life in prison without parole.

DeleteI don't "believe" that. I am simply telling you that a certain system exists. When the court makes a decision, it has to be based on something submitted within the court. So when the judge accepts nithy's exemption petition, he judges it on its merits. He cannot turn it down giving the reason that he saw something in the news. He cannot claim that the prosecution's promise to produce nithy when required is a lie, because until now there is no requirement for him to be there. So, the judge accepts the EP. The last time he put an NBW, nithy's lawyers stalled the case for weeks by appealing.
ReplyDeleteYes, of course there is corruption everywhere and that may explain why the case has dragged on. If you are talking about the high court, then yes you have a point. However, if you look at the court records, and speak to the owner of this blog, you will see that the judge up till now is trying his best. But I think it is a different judge now.
The best way to help lenin and aarthi is directly. And building pressure on nithy on social media and news will not inform the case, but it will be very good to bring awareness to the issue. And also must build a strong community. That way even if he escapes this case there are enough people to go after his shady ass again.

By law, women cannot be arrested or called to the police station after sunset and before sunrise, without a written order. Section 160 and 46. So her observations correct in that respect.

But, let's say there is a penal code that supports the assumption that the police cannot arrest or summons a lady after dark. Hmmmm. We don't suppose there might be exceptions to the rule? Would someone in hot pursuit of a lady murderer get called off just because the lights got dimmed? Would ladies of the evening never be caught with the lights off? That law just doesn't make sense.
Just the same, the so-called 'targets' of the police 'raid' were minors. To our knowledge, they were not arrested, but returned to the true and correct legal guardian, their parents. If there was some rule about not conducting such missions after dark, then there certainly would be exceptions to the rule, especially if it is believed that the minors could be held against their will or possibly in harms way.
We rest our case.
And, yes, we believe the police knew what they were doing and certainly acted within the law.

ReplyDeleteThe father was a key henchman of Nithy, now apparently he has gone to CID and the Guju police have raided nithy guju ashram and taken his minor children and reunited with parents. The two adult girls are still with Nithy - one, Tattwapriya is believed to be in south america with Nithy did this video

Her sister, Nithyanandita is in Guju being held there apparently voluntarily but who knows.
The sources of this information are ma Sadashivapriya (the initial above video posted earlier) and tattwapriya’s video.
The information needs to be independantly verified as could be an attempt by nithy to destabilize the fast growing resistance against his evil ways.
So all these may have happened in Bidadi and not in Gujarat as they claim? And may be all bull to change focus by Nithy? Unless Videshwara speaks out one cannot be sure. And all videos have been deleted in record time...
