But, one thing is certain... this news will be outdated as soon as we click on the 'update' button. Nithyananda Re-Arrested!
Yes, Sex Swami Nithyananda must have had some more Truths to download and was re-arrested within about seven (7) hours of gaining bail.
The new charges are for 'disturbing the peace' and 'causing a public nuisance'. Duh. It appears that there is only a one-day judicial custody for such offenses, so Swami Nithyananda will be available to be re-arrested as early as this Saturday, June 16, 2012. May we suggest 'offending public sentiment' and 'offending religious sentiment'? Perhaps its best if these charges were brought on, one at a time.
We sincerely hope that Nithyananda Swami has some fine conversations with his newly founded buddies at the Police Department, and gets frequent flyer rewards for being a regular customer. We found out that he has been carted off to Mysore Central Prison. Hope it is spacious and meets the high five-star standards someone should extend to a self-proclaimed avatar.
According to the Deccan Herald, Sex Swami Nithyananda is housed in Cell no. 19. This is the same jail cell, where alleged Al-badr terrorists Fahad and Ali Hussain also had enjoyed the safety and serenity of the Mysore Central Jail. The Deccan Herald also reports that Nithyananda Swami has a roommate to help pass the lonely hours with a deck of cards and stories about spiritual adventures, tantric experiences, and the whatnot.
Gee wiz, even an enlightened superstar of an avatar who can control how the heaven's move and promises instant wealth, enlightenment, healing, weight-loss, teleporting gems, miracles, sex (OK, that one he can do), etc. for his followers, can go through an unlucky streak. Perhaps Nithyananda Swami should consult his astrologer before calling press conferences and filing new lawsuits against his victims, ooops, we meant to say detractors.

The regional Court of Ramanagaram, near Bangalore granted self-proclaimed avatar, Nithyananda bail after spending one day in police custody where he was interrogated in the Police College. Sex Swami Nithyananda was arrested for assault.
The lawyers for Nithyananda Swami had his High Court of Karnataka date moved to quash his First Incident Report (FIR) (initial charges, but not formal indictment) to next Tuesday, June 19, 2012.
Sex Swami Nithyananda seems to be at odd with the Karnataka State Government where earlier this week, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, D.V. Sadananda Gowda, went on record stating that Nithyananda Swami's bail should be revoked and that Nithyananda should be arrested.
In response, Nithyananda Swami's lawyers filed a petition in the High Court against The Chief Minister of Karnataka saying that he had no authority to seal ashram. Apparently, Nithyananda's ashram is still closed, so Nithyananda will have to make alternative sleeping arrangements. Based on his previous notoriety, this should not pose as an obstacle to the resourceful swami. We suggest a Motel 6.
Apparently, Nithyananda Swami's legal team is in high combat mode and not seeking reconciliation. According to the DajiWorld News, Nithyananda has also filed a writ petition in the High Court of Karnataka against the Chief Minister, D.V. Sadananda Gowda, The Home Minister, police officials and Suvarna News Channel demanding Rs 10 crore (about $2,000,000) in damages.
Nithyananda Swami and his U.S. supporters have also churned out creative press releases declaring themselves as the 'victims'. Here is an example:

Let us get some things clear here. There is despair in the anti-Nithyananda side and on the other side, the enlightened "Unclutched" supporters would have burst out in joy. This bail is only in regard to the assault on the reporter and the incidents following it and the offense was a bailable one. This decision was expected.
ReplyDeleteNithyananda and his organization have convincingly proved that they harrass and intimidate people who go against them. If anyone has the guts to file cases against CM, media, Mutt heads, Shankaracharya etc, that positively validates the victim's allegations of harrassment, intimidation and filing of false cases. There is no second opinion on this. I can only imagine the horror the victims have gone through.
As I mentioned earlier, with the "sons of the soil" joining the picture, violence is inevitable and it doesn't matter which way the judgement goes. "Street justice" now looks highly likely with the number of organizations wanting to get rid of Nithyananda and the passions remaining high. Of course, one may argue that things may cool down and Nithyananda could get back to his "BUSINESS". But that would again bring the possibility that more horrendous violence will be unleashed if another provocation takes place. Nithyananda may be cunning but his slyness is his weakness. He doesn't get the fact that public perception is the Key and if people get convinced of something, it is tremendously difficult to change that. Now from what I have been hearing from talking to my friends in India, people want to lynch him. So much for this Kali/Kala Bhairava incarnation who will destroy anyone going against him. Look at him hiding, riding in vehicles with tainted windows, hiding behind lawyers, supporters in cases where he needs to come forth and calm things down..Just to rub it in, maybe you should pull out the archive before the downfall began and publish his vision. He visioned many temples and Ashrams in India , US, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia by 2011 and even stated that a stadium worth Rs.200 Crores would be built and he would be doing a Kalpataru for 10,000 people in 2012. Most of his temples and Satsang centers have closed down and forget the stadium, I am reading that even many buildings inside his Ashram may be razed as they are ILLEGAL. Bliss for Dollars may not be joy all the way, after all.
Nithyananda is not an ordinary bastard. I think the source of his courage is his illegally acquired wealth. I had visited Bidadi ashram an year ago. Several things are questionable there? At any cost, we must not let this fellow thrive.

ReplyDeletewhen he was visiting for a Kalpataru - I was surprised to learn that the green rooms to be occupied by him had to have curtains on all the windows. There were to be connecting rooms and another room for his 1 personal attendant. when the question was raised as to why we had to organise for a public place, these curtains and rooms for the very brief time between sessions- we were told that these were instructions from Ma scahit - a.k.a ragini. So she knew all along about his private sessions when there were tall claims of him floating in and out of samadhi. Niths must have tired of her when she turned into a fat cow but did she ever stop to think of how she was party to ruining so many lives. overcome by greed and power did she put up her own daughters as well while her hubby dear was himself covorting around with other much married women!
Oh god, let there be some justice. I pray for and salute Aarti, Vinay and of course Lenin who have sacrificed themselves to the benefit of other poor unassuming souls.

2) I am glad that the followers are going on fast. Hope it is infinite. Also, maybe we can all plan a party where these guys are fasting. A Grill, tons of free food, drinks and a band. Just to tell these fools that we have no respect for people who follow a person who has shattered innocent lives.

Look at the clear evidence as where he was since 2001 and his lies..Remember the Banyan tree? Unfortunately, the videos are in Kannada and my friend helped me in understanding the full content. It proves Aiyya's liver cancer was a fraud and that Aiyya was the mastermind behind the deception to grab the Bidadi land. Hopefully, someone proficient in Kannada can add subtitles.

To add subtitles to a YouTube video you must have access to that YouTube account. As great as Suvarna News has been, they probably won't allow outside control.
Instead, try this:
1.) create a new email account that you will only once and then later delete.
2.) note the video in a document and then write the subtitles noting the place on the video, example,
@3:02: Nithyananda defrauded a property owner of five hectares of land...
3.) send to the email address above:
justice2nithyananda4crimes (at) gmail.com
4.) after sending, delete the emails and delete the account.
Upon receiving it, we will post the video on the blog and post your translation under the video.
Nithyananda supporters, please note that if you try doing this, we will quickly know your intentions and not post your bogus subtitles. If he walks free after all this, many people like me will lose faith not only in Indian Justice System but also the cosmic Justice System. It breaks my heart seeing all these victims' situation.
I put in so many hours of volunteering there. Never thought something like this could be happening behind the scene. I thought things got bad only after LA Vedic Temple was started. But looks like this thing goes back all the way to year 2004-2005. Only person I thought that could have been involved in illicit relationship with him was Anjula Jackson. I once saw her walking around in see-through nightdress at around 11:30 PM. Her room used to be right next to his. She introduced herself as Swami's personal care-taker when I casually asked her what she did for living. I didn't think that personal care involved taking care of his unfulfilled deesires!!
Heh, no wonder Hari Jackson wanted to leave with his teenage daughters from the ashram pronto. Meanwhile Anjula is still Tweeting her "support" for this guy. Unbelievable.

ReplyDeleteHi All, Just now I read a news at www.thatskannada.com wherein CJM Ramanagar Court Megistrate has issued a new order to Nithya to conduct a Medical examination and submit the report along with his Voice sample. This has been directed by the megistrate and CID is having all the reasons now to go behind Nithya to get these records!! This should play a significant role to Nithya's future to remain as a swami!!

ReplyDeleteBut all this seems old story since Nithy in his new claims ( post Aarthi interview on 2nd June 2012) has been claiming that he has given his blood test result - not sample - to US, Indian courts to prove that Aarthi claim is wrong and hence he can just send a copy of that report to Ramnagara Court?
This should prove very clearly Nithy's lies since this claim is just a few days old and he now has to either produce a copy of the blood test - but knowing Nithy how can one be sure it is his blood that was given for test? court should get someone to extract blood from him in front of CID / court so that it is indeed his blood. and test has to be done by the CID / court itself; otherwise the lab doing test would be paid so much by Nithy that they would give a report that is 100% fake.. - so testing time for Nithy..

ReplyDeleteThis is from TV9, not Sun or Suvarna TV. According to their reports, Nithyananda conspired criminally to get the 293rd Pontiff's position. From the video (according to my understanding), this is what transpired.
The 292nd Pontiff was suffering from some ailment. A disciple of Nithyananda who was close to 292 advised him to meet Nithyananda who had healing powers. 2 vehicles left from Madurai to Bidadi. The 292 was surrounded by 2 female Nithyananda devotees in the back seat in one of the cars. He met Nithyananda in Bidadi and something transpired there. The claim is that Nithyananda had him seduced by his female devotees and the compromising positions were recorded. Then Nithyananda blackmailed the 292 into having Nithyananda appointed the 293rd Pontiff. That is the explanation given to the sudden appointment. The witnesses are the driver who drove the 292nd pontiff and others from the Madurai Aadheenam.
According to the reports, the British had enacted a law a long time ago ensuring that the police would not enter the Aadheenam and also that it's head would never be prosecuted for anything. It is believed that this is the reason Nithyananda is desperate to get this position. (Of course British laws do not apply now, but they seem to be trying everything to escape). It is believed that the 292nd Pontiff is now under the control of Nithyananda because of the alleged tape.
I wonder when Hollywood will make a movie out of this.

Does anyone here remember the initial days when Nithyananda would chide anyone for taking photographs? He would say that they were missing the moment and wasting their time by clicking photographs. He also stated this many times and I also remember hearing that in one of the radio stations in US when he was interviewed.

ReplyDeleteLook, we all know how much of a narcissist ole rajasekharan is, but those pictures were just taken from the website. He's even wearing a mic in one! In fact, most of the photos have such poor focus, that if that is supposed to be a professional shoot, that photog needs to be fired lol. A better example would have been the idiotic 1000 moods gallery they have on their site. This makes me take all these various "breaking news reports" a lot less seriously.
I am not much into taking news reports at face value. The media definitely will report whatever is "spicy". If Nithyananda had even an ounce of intelligence(yes, he is cunning, no doubt), then he would have taken the first step to avoid the courts and the media glare.
DeleteThe essence of the article for us "ole Nithy folks" is glaring. I can't comment on the 40 day shootout or the professionalism of the photo shootout (or even if there was one). I don't know. But definitely, he is posing in some of the photographs and some look right out of the film style posters. There is nothing natural about them. I stopped going to the Nithya website a long time ago and I don't know what is out there. There is hardly any factual news or inspiring spiritual stuff there since the videos aired in 2010. Just plain ol' Nithya news from brainwashed devotees.
The essence of the article for me was :- Nithy always used to scold us when we used cameras to click photographs in picnics, travels etc. He used to say that our naturalness was lost, we were not enjoying the moment (that's all we have at the moment, he used to say) and that we were getting carried away by the mundane life. Now, when I look at the photos (forget about the photoshoot), the question that pops to my mind is:- Why did Nithya not chide the photographer who was clicking Nithya's photographs? Please go through his early videos (or his books) and he is very clear about that point.
The Swami says he never ever named Aarati R. as "Nithya Premeshwari" but instead, someone from his group of devotees gave her that name.

It was interesting to read the Swami's answers, which seemed rather short almost one line responses. On the other hand, looks like the interviewer had done quite some research which reflected in his detailed, sharp and thought-provoking questions.

If that interviewer was 'so prepared' then the question he should have asked when Nithy told that Aarthi was given the name by his devotees; then they all should have got Herpes II that Nithy claims Aarthi went there in 2004 to cure that he video taped and send her off saying it cannot be cured - since they would have spend many days in the group with her?
His lies have no connectivity now and the days seems to be numbered before he tells contradicting things in one instance itself...

ReplyDeleteAfter the incidents, Nithyananda's supporters (whiners in this case), started an online petition and were canvassing their supporters to sign it. This was also supposed to have been aired on the Nithya TV. I have been following the count since the petition was filed. In 17 days, they managed to get 2000 (target 2500) signatures. What a pathetic joke! They claimed they had 1 crore followers (10 million). I had always suggested to them that they should at least get 1% of that and come on the streets in Bangalore. They could bring the city to a halt. But 2000 signatures on an important petition in 17 days. Just 0.02% of Nithya's followers signed this petition?????

DeleteThank you for the good news. It is our understanding that the court granted our hero, Lenin/Dharmananda, a release last evening. (The Court granted Lenin/Dharmananda bail over a week ago, but the Tamil Nadu CID Police defied the Court ruling.)
In theory, the jail should have released Lenin this morning, but we do not have confirmation. We suspect foul play. Everyone's support still might be needed to have the Tamil Nadu CID Police and jail respect and honor the Court's rulings to release Lenin/Dharmananda.
