Sex Swami Nithyananda Tries to Paint His Rape Victim; Paints Himself into a Corner
This is Part II of a two-part series. Perfectly fine if part two is read first. But, do read both part I and II. Then compare all the evidence with your own judgement to determine who is telling the Truth.
In this section, we will let Nithyananda Swami tell his side of the story using his words and media only. Look at his body language, his grin, and words that he uses. Think to yourself are these the words and behavior of a holy man? A renunciant? An avatar or Divine Incarnation? Is this someone who will help 'save' the world? Do listen to your inner-voice and then act accordingly (with nonviolence, of course).
On Nithyananda Swami's official website, nithyananda.org, there is a 'news post' dated June 4, 2012, entitled:
"WHO IS THE WOMAN ACCUSING NITHYANANDA? Criminal truth behind the tears"
these among other points were posted:
Arati R** is a well-established fraud and a wanted criminal, who has cheated a number of innocent people and organizations in India and the USA. She is facing multiple charges for fraud and sex crimes and is currently absconding.Other serious allegations are levied at the alleged victim, Ms. Aarthi R. You may read them at the nithyananda.org website. (Be sure to view the documents that are linked at the bottom of this page).
She is the carrier of an incurable sexually transmitted disease (STD) called Herpes 2 as a result of multiple illicit relationships and covert prostitution. She is challenged to undergo tests to deny this and make her medical records public.
Life Bliss Foundation (LBF) sued Ms. R** in California and at the conclusion of the litigation LBF prevailed and received a money judgment against Ms. R** for theft of trade secrets, fraud and numerous other counts (Case Number: RIC 1105004). (Added Note: To date: The Court has not ruled a default or judgement against the alleged victim. Only sanctions have been awarded to the Life Bliss Foundation for the victim did not show up due to her hiding in fear after receiving multiple death threats from members of Nithyananda's organizations.)
She is wanted by a Varanasi court in connection with the creation and distribution of the morphed video attempting to link Paramahamsa Nithyananda and actress Ranjitha. The section numbers are 292, 500, 509 of the C.P.C along with Section 4 of the Information and Technology Act (Case No. 1450/2011)
She is facing serious charges of child abuse in the USA of a sexual nature. (details cannot be divulged at present).

This 'news' broadcasts similar items such as the alleged sexually transmitted diseases, STD, discrediting accusations of denial by Accused no. 5, Ms. Ragini Vallabhaneni, a.k.a. Ma Nithya Sachitananda, and Sri Nithya Pranananda, as well as the same list of accusations stated previously.
And, just to make sure that the words above on Nithyananda's official website, nithyananda.org, were not the wayward act of a misguided volunteer, we have Nithyananda Swami clarify matters during a series of press releases he conducted in early June, 2012 at his ashram, in Bidadi, Bangalore, India. How is it that Nithyananda has managed to befriend so many powerful politicians?. They are the ones who have made investigations against him difficult. Has he given them a 'good time' with his devotees or has he bribed them with huge amounts of money to which he now has access by way of becoming the 293rd pontiff of Madurai Adheenam?

ReplyDeleteNithyananda is not the first extraordinary person to be abused by the narrow-minded interest groups. World's history keeps a long list, unfortunately. And while targets and times are changing, the methods are still the same: appealing to the very worst in people, who can't think by themselves, by spreading lies, and in hope that something sticks. Anybody with basic intelligence and common sense can see the facts. Nithyananda has tenth of thousands of followers from all-over the world both Indians and non-Indians. Large percentage of them is educated, well-off professionals. They have plenty of choices about what to do with their beliefs, time or money. Those people keep following Nithyananda because of His message of serving the society, love and personal growth through knowledge and personal experience. That is why His message resonates across different backgrounds and geographies. No point in asking yellow press to stop spreading hate and lies. This is all they know how to do for living. They trash Nithyananda without ever experiencing Him or His teachings or anything beyond fear or hate for that matter... There is nothing positive they can contribute to society or individual. People with little decency and self-respect wouldn't follow them even if paid... History has a way of delivering the justice. Great people deeds prevail and those on the other side end up on the wrong side of history or the law, forgotten and in shame. Nithyananda and his teachings will prevail and will be followed and remembered because of its great positive effect on society and on people. People, please do not be cows. Try to think for yourself and seek the facts!

Thank you for braving this blog and posting your comment. We assume that you were writing that Nithyananda has "tens of thousands of followers..." Since you are a sincere person, perhaps the Truth was conveyed unintentionally. We feel Nithyananda now only has about a Tenth of a Thousand followers. Time will tell if Nithyananda can recover from having his ashram confiscated and antagonizing the Chief Minister of Karnataka, D.V. Sadananda Gowda, among others.
The truth of it is that we really don't mind Nithyananda's teachings, although we doubt that they are original. Even Nithyananda's warmed-over Osho lectures are at least stimulating in the mind for they offer debate... and along with everything Nithyananda does, his teaching are guaranteed to be entertaining. But, there is far more to life than being just entertained. Otherwise, we would never venture past our TV our YouTube channels.
Where we do have BIG problem with Nithyananda Swami is his behavior. This is not the behavior of a holy man. This is not the behavior of someone who is integrated in society offering value to various levels of 'value add' to the community.
Sadly, Nithyananda Swami and his inner circle of thugs do have the behavior of criminals. Organized and aggravated rape under the cloak of spiritual 'tantra', separating and destroying families, robbing sincere seekers of their faith in the Divine, tax evasion, money-laundering, swindling, cheating, fraud, alleged murder (one Canadian citizen on the night of December 13, 2008), multiple accounts of assault, criminal threats, lying, perjury, destruction of evidence, and on and on.
And, yes, we experienced Nithyananda. One contributor to this blog used to live in his LA Ashram and fix stuff in Nithyananda's private quarters under the watchful eye of Gopika.
And, yes, we saw the ladies line up deliver food to Nithyananda in his private quarters... and these ladies would stay there for hours. If we were ever called to court, we would name them all. It would be a long list.
Anon, we sincerely hope that you open your eyes, start to think again, and get out soon. Sheep get slaughtered when they follow a wolf. Please don't follow this wolf. He's dangerous and identified. The time for your escape is now.

Dear admin, I am not sure if you should waste your time in publishing useless letters from pro-Nithyananda people. If they have anything new to add, it is understandable. A sincere seeker always asks tries to earnestly go through information and seek answers. These guys come to this site and write crap like the above? Have they gone through the links and challenge the viewpoints with cogent arguments? They are spitting out some crap which possibly they were told to do so by thugs like Bhakta.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, for those that follow the guidelines, we generally give a pass. It makes it interesting to allow the 'other view' a chance to voice themselves and to clarify who they are. Usually, they don't do so well, but that's not our fault.
A humble request to keep in mind for future posts is that when we stick to polite language, we will not turn off anyone who has not yet formed an opinion about Nithyananda. Perhaps 'crud' would be a better choice.

Do you guys (you claim to follow a Paramahamsa) have any good things to say about Lenin, Arthi, Vinay? Till date, other than hate filled messages, I have not seen even one positive thing said about these guys though you all admit to the number of cases filed against him. Answer this question:- If they are such bad people, show me how many non-Nithya people they have harmed? (Even against the Nithya ones they are showing absolute integrity by following the correct legal procedures even though they are against a huge organization with deep financial and legal pockets).

The police went through Nithyananda's room in the presence of Nithyananda's devotees. You now cannot refute this as morphed or biased. Explain why a Paramahamsa needs a double cot bed, an A/C, a fridge, a wall mounted LCD TV facing the bed, a treadmill, a cycle (for exercising), so many necklace holders (necklaces missing), allopathic medicines etc? Remember all these are in his room. Yoga does not work for him? Most of the villagers outside his ashram in Bidadi do not have a fridge or A/C. Your Paramahamsa who has renounced material desires and is beyond polarities needs them?
My only comment is: it is unlikely that Nithy has too deep a knowledge of vedic scriptures. He has *not* undertaken a study of the scriptures under a guru. Some parts of vedas he might have gathered information about to talk about it. E.g. I have seen a Engineering professor explain the stuff in medical books to medical students and charge money for the lecture. I believe what Nithy is doing for spirituality is akin to quakery.

Yes, someone should translate interviews by Aarti since in the latest one she clearly talks about how his allegations of Herpes II and other crap is a blatant lie. Some encouragement was that many people in India and US have expressed their support to her and has promised all help including legal and financial to flight false cases in US.

I have always maintained that the entire ashram is built off an agricultural land and is mostly illegal. Agricultural lands are subsidized in India because of the poor farmers but many scrupulous elements grab them because they are cheap. But to convert a land from agricultural to non-agricultural needs lots of paperwork(and bureaucracy). To my knowledge, Nithy never converted it. So, the money made under the guise of meditation programs are ILLEGAL. The land cannot be used to generate revenues from non-agricultural means. Even if money has to be earned through spiritual programs, the land needs to be converted, appropriate permits taken and taxes need to be paid. In the case of Nithyananda, none of this has happened. I am still surprised that the Income Tax people have not paid attention to this fraud which definitely amounts to 100s of crores of Rupees. I read that Nithyananda himself has a personal bank balance of 55-200 Crore Ruppees($11 million-$40 million). What more does the IT department need when he shamelessly puts billboards advertising the programs under their nose? Just this (IT fraud) alone is enough to sink the monster. And the criminal charges and the rest are enough to ensure that not only him, the entire band of criminals are incarcerated forever.

We suspect that Nithyananda's thugs killed a Canadian citizen on December 13, 2008, just because he wanted his money back and threatened to expose Nithyananda's racket as fraud. Imagine what heinous crimes this violent mafia would try to do on her!?!

And you would not be surprised if there is a political leadership change in Karnataka that seems to be possible; and Nithy would claim it as his 'curse' on the current leader that he had to move out because he got Nithy arrested and his hide out checked.
Sad thing is that in the name of Thiru Janasambandar who at the age of 3 sang about how Dhonipureshwaran ( Lord Siva) and Parvathi gave him darshan and he continued to spread Bhakti along with Appar till 17 when he left his body; this 292 and 293 are making such a mess of that institution.
surprising is that even 292 was some Govt employee or something who did not take sanyasa at tender age that one would expect pontifs to do - like Kanchi Mahaperiyava.

ReplyDeleteI have no doubt that Nithy ( as you all call :) ) is a fraud. But, Nithy is a super intelligent criminal. Yesterday I saw the exclusive interview of him in a Kannada channel (kasturi news) after he came back from the prison. He had answers to all the questions that lady victim had posed.
Here is a brief-
1. He says openly that he is carrying the STD and it is highly contagious. He challenged the lady victim to come and give the blood report to the court/media to see if she caught the STD from him. He accused her that she is evading his thugs and hired goons that he summoned on her.
2. He said that the video of him and ranjita was doctored. He gave evidences from four of the US's forensics lab but none of them had the same conclusion becuase he paid them different rates. He claimed that this is a big FIB report and the ladies there are more sophisticated than Ranjitha (she's really dumb.) He even said govt. officials from Tamil Nadu that are on his payroll and they will come down to give their expert opinion for the right price.
3. He said that behind these allegations there are others who are conspiring to bring him down (even lower) and the placing of the camera, FIR filed by the lady victim are all a part of a big conspiracy. I can't believe he tries to blame everyone and anything except himself.
4. He accosted the lady victim with black mail, false child abuse charges, etc., but no one believes him. Nithy is very frustrated.
5. He spoke about vimlananda too. He sad vimlananda was fighting a child abuse case which was filed by one of the nithy's volunteers who Nithyananda & Bhakta blackmailed because their son did something way naughty in the ashram. He added that vimlananda wanted to take nithy's help when he was brainwashed, but eventually he woke up and refused. So he says the vimlananda filed against his false cases against him & put together a killer of a lawsuit against that big time crook, Nithyananda.
Nithya continued to defend each of the allegations on him, but he looked so shifty with that crocodile grin. Slimely. I hope the authorities put him and Bhakta and Sachit and the rest of that criminal gang in jail for the rest of their lives. Good riddance.
