Karnataka Government has ordered seize and search of Sex Swami Nithyananda's ashram.
The Karnataka Home Department will take legal steps to cancel Nithyananda's bail.
This is the beginning of the end for that Monster, Nithyananda. Hopefully, the Government will round up the other top tier criminals (accused no. 2 through 6, as well as Pranananda, etc.) and revoke their bail too.

ReplyDeleteThe 292 is bought and paid for. His price is only Rs1 crore($200,000). This 292 has given up all his freedom and wealth of the Madurai Adheenam for this small price. He is not allowed to meet the press alone. He is under constant supervision by 293(nithy) people. 293 has inherited over 1000cr in property. Somebody needs to look into this financial deal. This looks like the biggest scam. It puts even the Indian Politicians to shame. 293 has a never ending supply to money from here to bribe the Courts, Police and the politicians. After all this if he walks it proves that people with money do get a better justice. Please God prove to everybody you do really exist. Please help put this monster 293(nithy) away for good.

To Anon June 12 5:52, Yes the appointment of 293(nithy)to the Maddurai Adheenam can be repealed by 292. Now that involves 292 admitting he made a mistake and the sticky issue of money exchanging hands. The Tamilnadu Govt or CM can prove these donkeys are using the monies for their own personel consumption and illegal activites. If the Govt proves the above then they both can be removed. It is over a 1000yr old organization with rules governing them written a long time ago. This Mutt is property rich and cash poor. They are not able to get market rate rents and therefore 293 stepped in and took advantage of the ripe situation. I did not know Mutts were for sale. He got a DAMN GOOD DEAL. Now once again the peple of Madurai and Tamil Nadu should not permit this. Stand up and fight for your City.

Look at his face, actions and reactions and most importantly the way he laugh. It might be true that he learnt some literatures and ancient philosophies but once he realized it is enough to fool the public, he stopped learning and trying to encash it. A real Swami should try to build on it and should focus on continuous learning which he didn't prefer. I have seen he dancing infront of his father's dead body, putting his chappal on the dead boy and keeping his foot on it. I really don't understand what kind of human being this personal is? Oh sorry, self styled godman! Even so called GOD will never do this to bhakta's. I have also read all of his life stories. When he visited Bangalore first time, he was living in a car shed! I don't see any better place than this to this crucked swami. My sincere suggestion to his followers is that 'there are many worshiping places available in this world and there are many spiritual leaders available in this great world to teach you'. Please start think why public is so much against to this useless swami? Without fire there will not be a smoke! Karnataka Goverment faces legal hurdle in sealing Nithyananda Ashram, Any knowledgeable person would know that it is not legally feasible to seal and take over the control of Ashram or any religious institution properties by Goverment unless there is a strong case against it.Now, the problem is that Goverment is citing 'Law and Order' issues to take over of Ashram.Karnataka Goverment has to get Magistrate approval for sealing the Ashram.Magistrate is not convinced with arguments to take over the Ashram.

“We have sent the report to our legal cell and after going through the report, the next course of action will be planned,” he said.
According to sources, following the order from the CM, the DC had rushed to the magistrate to get his approval for sealing the Bidadi ashram. The magistrate, however, was unimpressed by the argument of the State government that the Nithyananda issue was causing law and order disturbance and hence to run the affairs of the State it was necessary that the ashram be shut down.

DeleteWhat crap is the Government and the Magistrate doing? The land in question is an agricultural land obtained by questionable means. That land has not been converted for non-agricultural use which is another big process (as agricultural lands come with subsidies and non-agricultural are usually commercial). So, the activities of the Ashram charging fees for meditation programs are ILLEGAL. This is clear to anyone. Just for this basic reason, it is enough to file a IT case against the organization.
