Hi there, Sri Nithyananda. How are you doing? Oh, you really don't need to answer us. We really don't want to know. Honest. But, we do want to let you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda know why we took down our post about Prakashanand Saraswati, a.k.a. Swamiji. Yes, 'Swami' Nithyananda, we really can't pass up any opportunity to expose you, your cult, your fraud, your misbehavior, your followers' misbehavior, your sex abuse, your greed, and all of your crimes. There's just so much to write about, and you, Sri Nithyananda give us lots of opportunities. They seem endless. Just the same, we don't want to be opportunistic, and we want to only bash you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda on solid ground, and not on the misfortunes of others.

With this in mind, 'Swami' Nithyananda, we removed our post about Prakashanand Saraswati because there was just too much uncertainty about his crimes, but certainly no uncertainty about your crimes, Sri Nithyananda. Yes, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, we know and even wrote on our blog that he was found guilty and convicted in a U.S. court of law for 20 cases of indecency with a child by sexual contact. And, by skipping his sentencing hearing, forfeiting his 10 million dollar bail, and being sentenced 140 years for his alleged crimes doesn't help his case of declaring or proving his innocence.

But, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda here's our point. With the information about Prakashanand Saraswati, we mostly went off what the press printed. And, Sri Nithyananda, we know that the press tries to get it right, but doesn't always do so. Our other contacts and information about Prakashanand Saraswati was mostly hearsay. In comparison, 'Swami' Nithyananda, the information and scoop we have about you and your cult comes from first-hand experience of people who lived in your ashrams, served as slaves in your order, have been defrauded of vast amounts of their wealth, and on and on. These are high quality witnesses. There even is one guy who under penalty of perjury in a court of law will gladly name all the names of ladies that carried trays of food into your personal quarters from Unit 10 (the then-Anna Data Mandir) to Unit no. 5, in your ashram in Duarte, California. And, this person will add relevant information approximately how long these ladies stayed and what time he saw them exit your quarters, like 3:00 a.m. and how many hours they were there with you, alone, and no other purpose than to have some tantric experience to liberate them from their present lives or maybe even their husbands.

The second point, there, Sri Nithyananda, is that we found out more information about the two women who testified against Prakashanand Saraswati. True, these ladies were there in the ashram as young girls and later as teenagers. There's no disputing that point. But, we also found out, 'Swami' Nithyananda, that these ladies, as adults, were expelled from the ashram for not adhering to the practices there. But, these two ladies still wanted to stay there. After all, it was a pretty good deal. Tax free and rent-free, and if you didn't pull your weight, it was like being in Uncle Charlie's Summer Camp. But, there was a problem. From what we can tell Prakashanand Saraswati and his followers did want the ashramites to pull their weight. They were true to their work ethic. So, these two ladies were asked to leave. They bulked. Then they were expelled. After being kicked out, then they revealed the 'revelations' about being sexual abused as children. So, our point is that we do not want to deny the experience or the possibility that these two ladies were sexually abused. But, this does open up a big gap for pause that there was a revenge motive behind the alleged accusations. Yes, 'Swami' Nithyananda, we know that a court in a state (Texas) that has a history of fast and hurried convictions found Prakashanand Saraswati to be guilty, but we, ourselves, are not so convinced beyond an iota of a doubt. Therefore, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, we don't want to add to chorus from the "Lord of the Flies", so we prefer to lower our profile until his guilt or innocence has been firmly established. Yes, 'Swami' Nithyananda, controversy around Prakashanand Saraswati, but there's even longer shadows of doubt.

Now in contrast with you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, Prakashanand Saraswati's evidence looks like vaporware. He only had two victims and all of the evidence was just on their testimonies. In your case, Sri Nithyananda, there's an endless trail of evidence and more mounts up every day. First off, there is your:

That alone speaks volumes. Then, there's all those videos, hours of evidence that you and your married film star devotee, Ranjitha, racked up to be an internet sensation. And, these videos were authenticated as being genuine, untampered, and clearly not morphed by not one, but two CID Police Forensic Laboratories. Then 'Swami' Nithyananda, there's all those YouTube videos of yours that features your mouth, and what a non-stopping chatterbox that has proved to be your undoing. You, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, have all these comments that you, yourself, have made that contradict each other. These would * almost * be comically if your crimes didn't involve ruining the lives of so many people. And, just to chip into the fun, you have dumber-than-paint statements issued by your top lieutenants Swami Bhaktananda and Sri Sachitananda in official press conferences. These statements kicked up so much controversy that you had to remove some of them from YouTube, especially the one about Sri Sachitananda promising to post the death certificate of the Canadian that mysteriously died in your ashram in December 2008. Yes, Sri Nithyananda, based on your inconsistent statements we think that there was a possibility of a murder. A strong possibility. And, there was definitely a cover up. But, don't worry, we'll give this mystery deat a full blog post when the time is right. And, 'Swami' Nithyananda, if someone is looking for even more evidence against, all the need to do is go online. Official documents of hedge funds, articles of corporation for shadow for-profit LLC's and corporations, tax documents, bill of lading statements, etc. all await to be discovered. There's a treasure trove of evidence and it all points that you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda and your cult is one big fraud.

Sri Nithyananda, why we were researching this matter about Prakashanand Saraswati, we found out from some of your Texan followers that you visited Prakashanand Saraswati in the Spring of 2009. This was a full year after Prakashanand Saraswati had been arrested for these charges. Why of all people, you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda would visit Prakashanand Saraswati under those circumstances? Was this like when Sri Sri Ravishanker came waltzing into your Western Headquarters in your so-called Vedic Temple in Montclair (Los Angeles) California shortly after you were arrested in the end of April 2010? Sri Sri Ravishanker, His Royal Excellency of Sleaze, claimed that he didn't talk to anyone there. We have proof that this was not true. Yes, it appeared that Sri Sri Ravishanker was looking for a fire sale with your assets in mind. Was this what your intentions were, 'Swami' Nithyananda, by visiting Prakashanand Saraswati in Barsana Dham? If you really visited him sincerely and thought that he was innocent, then why didn't you, Sri Nithyananda have the courage to place this on your website and make it publicly known? Oh, that's right, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, we know that standing up for someone might adversely impact your donations. Good call there.

But, don't worry there, 'Swami' Nithyananda, don't feel like you've been left out of victims that are willing to name you. Yes, Sri Nithyananda, you also have two victims that are willing to testify against you and how you sexually abused them. You, Sri Nithyanada, have neutralized one of them in Seattle by placing false criminal allegations against him, yes, him. A man. But, that risky move of yours just might backfire. And, if the person(s) who planted the false evidence get caught in their crime, then it is game over for you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda. Everything unravels. Yet, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, you just underscored how easy it is to get someone in big trouble with the law by making allegations that this person sexually abused children. We saw you falsely accuse the only named victim in your criminal court papers of June 2010. We imagine that Prakashanand Saraswati could have underwent the same smear that you and your criminal cult placed on this one victim of yours.

And, Sri Nithyananda, the dance is still early. How many more victims out of the 100's perhaps even 1,000's can still come forward? The possibilities are endless.

But, let's not stop there, 'Swami' Nithyananda. Prakashanand Saraswati had operations here in the U.S. for over twenty years. Only three years ago these allegations came up. In contrast, you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, have set up camp on a temporary basis for less than eight years, and tons of serious controversies happened. Just like flies on sherbet. Upon being charged, Prakashanand Saraswati was granted bail, albeit an expensive one. And, he honored it. Before any charges were made against you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, you were dressed in blue jeans and running to Nepal. Just like a scared little rabbit.

But, perhaps, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda one of the most starking contrasts between you and Prakashanand Saraswati is your followers. From what we can tell, Prakashanand Saraswati's followers have been peaceful, patient, and law-abiding throughout the whole process. 'Swami' Nithyananda, how many times has Sri Sachitananda been arrested? Oh, that's right, twice. How many of your followers have absconded from the law? Oh, that's right, three. How many lawsuits and false criminal charges have your followers issued against anyone who speaks up against you and your cult? Oh, that's right, too many to count. How many death threats do we think that Bhaktananda has given under the alias of Kal Bhairava? Right again, there Sri Nithyananda, too many to count. And, the list goes on. Sorry there, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, we can judge your book by the cover your followers' give. The wrap is on you.

Follow your dharma. Use your common sense. Listen to your inner-conscience, and follow the Truth. Come out of this trap, and escape from this fake and fraudulent cult scam.
