Well, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, it certainly makes it easier to recap everything when your mouth is shut tightly. We're not used to that. OK, 'Swami' Nithyananda, we promise to be quick. We just wanted to recap the news because everything is about you, Sri Nithyananda. You always knew that.
First, Forensic Science Lab (FSL) in Hyderabad as well as New Dheli both declare that it was you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda and your married girlfriend Ranjitha in the video. This was a well known fact that you, 'Swami' Nithyananda kept on bringing up doubts. Smooth criminals like Bhaktananda had semi-successfully planted doubts to the point that your brainwashed flock didn't fully believe if the video was true or not. But, thanks to Ranjitha, the whole glare of your sleaze video came to light. It is authentic. Case closed.
Second, the CID Police Team said that you confessed to having sex frequently and often with Ranjitha and several other of your devotees. Now, if you, 'Swami' Nithyananda were a family man, you could claim that Ranjitha was your only one. But, now the world knows, through your own omission as recorded on April 27, 2010, that you 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda are a horny playboy who has lured in around 15 (we think the numbers are around 1,500) ladies (as well as a lot of girls [as in minors under the age of 18], and a few men). And, we know that many of your lady victims, like Ranjitha, were married ladies who once had happy households, which you then destroyed. You, 'Swami' Nithyananda are a criminal beyond compare. And, in 2007, you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda would ramble off about experimenting with 'immaculate' conception. So, 'Swami' Nithyananda, how many children (and aborted fetuses) did you really father?
Third, Ranjitha couldn't keep her story straight if your life depended on it. Lie after lie of hers gets immediately proved as being a lie, which just might cost her jail time. Much of that proof lied (pun intended) on your statements, 'Swami' Nithyananda. Lets' see, there were Missionaries behind the video, she knew about the NDA sex contract, but didn't sign it (did she distribute it)? She didn't talk to you after the scandal broke, but you, Sri Nithyananda, said that you were in 'constant touch' with her. She also said that it wasn't her in the video (you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, both said that). She was only doing a photo op to help the promote ashram, and boy, did she do a great job. Sri Lenin, a.k.a. Sri Dharmananda, tried to molest and rape her, but she didn't think that this information was relevant the first time she talked to the police over six months ago. .. and it goes on and on. 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, we didn't think there was anyone in this world that could lie and change their story as frequently as you did, and we still think that. Yes, 'Swami' Nithyananda, you're still number one; number one liar taht is. But, a very close second is Ranjitha. We're glad to know that something rubbed off on her after all those close encounters with you. Congratulations. She is definitely your disciple.
Forth, the CID Police team are certain that your trumped up charges against the male witness in the U.S.A. is just part of your criminal intimidation. 'Swami' Nithyananda, there's a pattern here. Your ugly band of thugs will stop at nothing to protect their fake god, that's you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, and their own riches that they wrongfully acquired through your organized fraud and plunder. Sri Nithyananda, your four stooges, Bhakta, Sachit no. 1, Sachit no. 2, and Sri Sadhananda are just the tip of the paddy-wagon. Lengthy prison sentences await many in your (dis)Order.
Fifth, the story about another female liar, Ma Supriyananda, and her bogus charges against our hero and whistle-blower, Sri Dharmananda, a.k.a. Hanuman 3.0, is just more criminal conspiracy from your criminal organization. 'Swami' Nithyananda, her stories in her bogus press release wiggled more than your room service ladies. The police proved instantly that Sri Dharmananda was no where near her and her fictional story. Then, as if not to know when to quit, Ma Supriyananda goes after the CID Police Team and concocts a bunch of lies about them. Didn't you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda learn your lesson when that duckbill platypus of a devotee, Anjula Jackson, make false charges against the CID Police Team? You, Sri Nithyananda, saw where that got you. But, like that determined naughty boy that just has to have his way, you 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda keep on antagonizing the police with more lies and false acquisitions. The latest revelations said you forked over Rs 10 crore, that's over $2.2 Million U.S.D., right before the sex scandal broke out in hope that the sleaze videos didn't make their way to the public's eye. Another confession, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda. On your own omission, you know and tried to prevent the sex scandal to break out. You, 'Swami' Nithyananda, knew about it way beforehand. No surprise there. And, you, Sri Nithyananda, tried to suppress it by giving millions of dollars. So, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, if you didn't think that what you did was wrong, then why did you give up millions of dollars? Was this to one of your charities? And, you, 'Swami' Nithyananda, being a so-called renunciant, where did you get $2.2 million U.S.D. so quickly? Was this your money, of a so-called renunciant? Or, did you raid the petty cash of your money-making enterprise? If you, 'Swami' Nithyananda, did raid the cash fund, did you not use 'public' money to make a bribe? And, if you did use your personal money, did you, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda siphon off 'public' money to enrich your own filthy pocket? Regardless, withdrawing $2.2 million U.S.D. would leave quite a hole in anyone's books. So, 'Swami' Nithyananda, you better show the CID Police Team exactly how this $2.2 Million U.S.D. (Rs 10 crore) withdrawal was registered and absorbed in your books as well as from which bank account it came from. Yes, 'Paramahamsa' Nithyananda, you better show your 'second set' of books and let the world examine what a greedy, nasty, and deceiving operation your holy business really is.
Oh, and by the way, 'Swami' Nithyananda, that court date of yours, it's tomorrow, Thursday, January 6, 2011, isn't it? Shucks. We guess you, Sri Nithyananda, will have a lot to talk about with the judge. So, we think you should be really nice to him, and perhaps even be nice to the CID Police Team.... just for that day. So, take this advice or leave it, Sri Nithyananda, it's up to you. But, you might want to keep the likes of Ma Supriyananda, Anjula Jackson, and even Ranjitha nicely tucked tightly in your bedroom until at least this one court date is over.

ReplyDeleteWe're still waiting to hear the latest court updates from today, Friday, January 7, 2011, but as of yesterday's ruling a the High Court of Karnataka gave a stay order to the First Investigation Report (FIR) (in the U.S., this might be the initial criminal charges) against Nithyananda and the 10 protesters who disrupted Dharmananda's (Lenin) press meet in early December.

This stay order only involves the case against Nithyananda and the protesters. A staid order means that the case has been 'frozen'. The charges have not been quashed (or dismissed), but no further investigation or procedures may go forward at this time. This staid order by the Court may be petitioned and the charges resumed. So, Nithyananda and the 10 transgressors have bought time, but their troubles have not gone away. They probably will think twice before barging into any press meet again and disrupting it. (But, with all their cognative reference points removed in these poor brainwashed souls, expecting 'good judgement' and logical conclusions might not be realistic. After all, this is the same crowd that blatantly lies to the police and then hold press meets that contradict and self-incriminate themselves. So, holding Nithyananda's flock to the same standards of those of sound mind and body just might disappoint.)
Of course this Stay Order is just a small side show. The main charges against Nithyananda brought on by Dharmananda including rape, criminal conspiracy, 'unnatural' sex, fraud, etc. are sticking. The charges brought on by the State against Nithyananda and his four henchmen including 1. Bhatkanada, 2. Sri Sachitananda, 3. Ma Sachitananda, 4. Sri Sadhananda (this number is expected to grow) are also sticking. They are all still in a world of hurt. Pity.
The bottom line: Nithyananda is probably not sleeping any better these days. What amounts to paying for a traffic violation and going to traffic school has only been delayed not settled. He still might have to pay that traffic fine and sit in traffic school, but won't have to do it this weekend.
Financially, any gain from this *victory* will quickly be offset by his legal fees and any 'under the table' money. Thanks to this Court's ruling, these expenses have been set to perpetual. So, those privileged to be close to Nithyananda can expect to him him whimper like a little baby each time he gets the news of how much less money he has due to this stay order.
Just the same, expect to BIG, BIG, BIG Headlines in his Nithyananda News section of his website about how he's winning the legal front and soon the equilibrium in La-La Land will be set to the mind-dumbing state it was before Nithyananda was caught with his dhoti down. Dream on Bidadi.

The Nithya organization is a place for turning money from black to white and vice versa. Why is there no investigation on this. How does 10 crore come in cash and who took it and deposited it where? You can't just take 10 crore and put it in the bank saying its your money - you need documents to show where you got it from.
ReplyDeleteWe guess the judge of Ramanagar court understands that he/she is the judge in a country in which 70% population are Hindus. He must be knowing what does the word sex means and can quickly look at the video and say it was all of sex. The judge is definitely not a Nithya-type guy who doesn't even understand what was going on in the video. He has all the rights to be confused though regarding who are doing the sex. To root out his confusion there are lab reports which are top priority documents in the jurisdiction saying it was Nithya and his slxt Ranjitha (the adjective slxt doesn't exist in the report though). All these takes no more than 30 mins, the video was 20 mins or so. So the judge should then immediately book Nithya for outraging Hindu sentiments for performing sex in saffron. Why the hearing is rolling over. The judge must be understanding that denial to action - he/she will be the judge not in India but in hell. If he doesn't find a punishment for playing with 70-80 million's sentiments in the constitution then the best for him is to let public 'we the people of India' decide his fate. Finally, where is scoundrel Aiyya hiding? Hunt that guy.

Now I know he really was expressing, living, and sharing enlightenment with Ranjitha. Very comfy indeed.

Another classic example in the same vein is Nithy's buddy Sri sri Ravi Shankar with an even larger empire, where I was a blind follower many years ago. He doesn't go overboard like Nithy but the god-cult treatment is very much there.
I guess nothing much can be done about these crooks legally even if they've been skimming cash or dealing dubious real-estate deals, as they're very well connected.
One thing's for sure - there's always an inner circle of co-conspirators who know the real story and are in on the game, for the cash, power, girls, or whatever.
During my exodus from AOL, after I belatedly began to question the problems and inconsistencies, and see them for what they really are, when my life seemed to have lost meaning and everything was slipping away, I was introduced to Nithy's group. I've seen Bhakta in person once in LA, and he came across as a motormouth of a bully, better suited for a job as a loan-shark runner or a fly-by-night real estate scamster. Ayya came across as a vile untrustworthy slippery chameleon, who wouldn't hesitate to sell his own parents for a bong hit or a few shekels. Medhananada put me off this Nithy gang for good, and thank goodness for that.

All of those who fall under the spell of the narcissistic spiritual guru are not ignorant or naïve. Despite their allure and tempting promises, there are warning signs that a spiritual teacher is more dedicated to making himself powerful and affluent than helping his devotees:
1. Pay attention to the money barometer. Does the guru charge exorbitant fees for his services?
2. Is there continuing pressure placed on members to sign up for ongoing expensive programs? The not so hidden message here is: the more courses you take with us, the holier you will become. This can be called a pay to pray or pay to be holy spiritual scheme.
3. Another observation is that devotees often venerate the guru, reflexively obeying him. Having been deluded by their charismatic leader, they are no longer capable of independent thinking.
4. The narcissistic spiritual guru often uses his closest followers as servants who perform free labor: going on special errands, cleaning their residences, arranging public events. The loyal devotee considers these requests as a privilege and evidence that they hold an honored place in the guru's hierarchy.
5. Narcissists play favorites. They pit one member against another to maintain ultimate power and control over their members.
6. Devotees are often mistreated. The slightest mistake can cause ugly scenes of humiliation in front of other group members.
7. Followers who question the spiritual leader or are considered dangerous rivals are excommunicated from the group.
8. The narcissistic guru behaves very differently in his personal life than among his devotees. He is often extremely self indulgent, materialistic, greedy, and in some cases, uses drugs and alcohol to excess. He might engage in sexual exploitation with compliant devotees who are emotionally dependent and vulnerable and psychologically fused with him.
Becoming more spiritually awake and heart centered doesn't cost money. It requires devotion, discipline, and perseverance despite all the obstacles that come in our path. It's not a short trip; it's an adventurous journey.

You very well know that what the ex-disciples/acharyas/Public and CID/media have seen, the new/current cult disciples will not see, since they are all wearing different types of colored/masked goggles ( as we can see in all your photos on your website, not cured of this disease but retained as is for your own personal benefits, ofcourse!! ) and shown a different picture of you in the closed walls of your ashram or in remote temples….. but this falsity will be exposed if they come and talk to public … say Malleswaram public grounds… To avoid this public getting on the nerves of your newly regrouped cult disciples –who had been left as orphans --- Leaderless, no maa/baap when you fled.. is this why you are promising again and again to be broken for the nth time !
Since your disciples cannot see what is in store for you and for themselves, you atleast promised to show them the way, being next to them and making them fall into the same pit where you are leading them to.. what a sadist feeling you have…. I was in Bidadi Ashram around the time when Nithy taught about levitation to his devotees--No one was able to levitate--Some had long years of training under Maha Rishi Maha yogi was Able to Frog-leap and stay in the air few seconds thats all-[see the photo in the Nithy's official site]when when i heard the propaganda gossip that one Tamil canadian girl levitated with her whole body -- i asked her personally about her experience she told me , she felt as if she was levitating or floating in the air but not phycially against the gravity.

Make some fantastic claims and the ony people to verify are the close members of the cult. ReplyDeleteFirst of all, this is very contrary to vedic traditions. Our traditions regard public display of miracles as very inappropriate. Buddha denounced it in clear terms. Ramana Maharishi, Ramakrishna, Nisargadatta scoffed at them preaching that they were major distractions on the spiritual path and fit for spiritual egoism.
Let me quote Guru Raghavendra Swamy of the 17th century, the venerable saint who is held in very high esteem in the South.
Always keep away from people who merely perform miracles without following the shastras and yet call themselves God or guru. I have performed miracles, and so have great persons like Srimadacharya. These are based on yoga siddhi and the shastras. There is no fraud or trickery at all. These miracles were performed only to show the greatness of God and the wonderful powers that one can attain with His grace. Right knowledge (jnana) is greater than any miracle. Without this no real miracle can take place. Any miracle performed without this right knowledge is only witchcraft. No good will come to those who perform such miracles and also those who believe in them.
I think the PR machinery is in full swing orchestrated by the clowns like Bhakta, Sachit etc. Enjoy the swirls,Nithy morons, as you go down the toilet tubes. You think people have lost their sense of intelligence?
As everyone is now talking about the levitation show in the cult here is something very very interesting I found in a book called Meditation and Mantras on page 194. This book was written by Swami Vishnudevananda who brought Hatha yoga to the west. Swami Vishnudevananda is a true disciple of Swami Sivananda. Swami Sivananda is one whom we can call as rare, enlightened and genuine master and had founded Divine Life Society in Holy Rishikesh.

Udana-jayaj jala-panka-kantakadisv asanga utkranitis ca
Translation:
By mastery of udana comes levitation...
Meaning:
Udana is one of the types of prana, which is concerned with the pull of gravity. This power is available to the yogis in the last phases of their earthly lives before merging with the Self. It is not to be confused with "hopping", the ability to bounce about a foot above ground during certain powerful pranayama exercises. Some spiritual groups teach these exercises to beginners, however this is physically and psychically dangerous and is not recommended because it causes the prana to move too quickly in the body. Problems can result for those who have not been practicing asanas and more simple pranayama for a number of years.
From above looks like a dangerous ending is very much possible to some of those hoppers who were hopping on the name of levitation.
I hope all those hoppers inside the cult know what they are getting into and avoid such physically and psychically damaging exercises.
Also notice the sutra says Udana and nithy said in his video that it was mastery over samana that can cause levitation. Looks like he forgot his lecture and said the wrong name.
The only thing that was levitating was swami shim sham's d1ck when he was servicing his sheeple. As for the sheeple, bouncing around like frogs is what he wants while he is giving them the shaft. He will get what coming to him. Its only a matter of time.

ReplyDeleteI am tempted to show how poor their "science" is, but it's not worth my time. I am a doctor and studied Biochemistry for 2 years, so I know what I'm talking about. Someone should have the fellow who wrote that piece on mitochondria open a real textbook instead of Wikipedia.
At least Maharishi tried to have proper scientific studies done on his so-called Maharishi Effect (which were flawed), but Nithy's copycat attempts are just sophomoric and laughable.
Subjective experiences of improved energy and mood are all well and good (and I don't grudge that), but when you make claims that you "scientifically demonstrated" a phenomenon, you better back it up with real published results with controls and all. I don't see any of that.
Ranjitha appears before Ramanagara court

Actress Ranjitha today appeared before a court hearing her complaint against a former disciple of self-styled godman Nityananda over a sleaze video purportedly showing her with the controversial ascetic.
Ranjitha, in her complaint, had charged Lenin Karuppan, who had claimed to have shot the video, with criminal intimidation, attempted rape and criminal conspiracy and had said that the footage was morphed.
She appeared before Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Roopa in nearby Ramanagara and made a sworn declaration in connection with her complaint filed on December 30.
Since the statement was not completed, the Judge posted the case to February 19.
Ranjitha had also accused Lenin of attempted extortion and acts intended to insult the modesty of women.
She had alleged that Lenin made sexual advances towards her. When she threatened to complain against him to Nityananda, he displayed on his laptop "a few poorly shot videos of his molestation of two women Brahmacharis" and warned that she would see her own image in such videos if she dared to complain, Ranjitha had claimed.
The actress, who has starred only in Tamil films so far, alleged that she was unable to stay in Nityananda's ashram 'Dhyanapeetham' because of the sexual harassment and so she had to return to Chennai.
On February 2 last, while she was in Kerala for a film shoot, she was told by an ashram resident that an accomplice of Lenin had shown him certain photographs in which Nityananda was portrayed in a compromising position with her and sought Rs 20 crore for not releasing them to the media, she said.
She had also alleged that the purported video was "expertly-crafted to give no indication about its morphing."
Nityananda, who went into hiding in Himachal Pradesh, after TV channels aired the sleaze video in March last year was arrested later on various criminal charges, including rape.

Don't be disheartened. The lady has lied so much that it won't be easy to convince the courts of her credibility. Remember the CID labs conclusions carry more weight than her allegations of "expertly morphing". No one in this earth so far has been able to morph living individuals in real settings and for the duration of the video. Not even movie studios or businesses or government agencies. And, the witnesses of the Bidadi brothel will not be taken seriously as they will be seen to have vested interests and hence not credible. This case too will drag on and as I feel, the main attempt is to intimidate Lenin financially and emotionally.

It is possible to morph still images in Photoshop. Actually, the new version has possibly some of the finest features to morph the background against an imposed or cut-off image. But even so, it is possible to detect the morphing. Recently, a graduate from a reputed University in US(don't remember if it was Stanford or Harvard) released a software to track such digitally altered images. Every device (camera or camcorder) leaves a particular signature on the film. The software analyzes all the signatures and matches it against the appropriate one. So if the photo is altered, it can find it.
But Nithy's is an open and shut case. It is virtually impossible to alter video images to such perfection. Remember the images are moving, the facial expressions are changing and also, the background and settings. It is next to impossible to do such a perfect job. Anyone with commonsense recognized Nithy and Ranjitha on the first view. No need for a lab test. Even otherwise the labs who have seasoned experts and no vested interests (honestly, who the f_ck cares about Nithy there?) have confirmed the presence of Nithy and Ranjitha. These pathetic Nithy morons just want to throw smokescreens at us. They hold no foundations as they defy all commonsense of the mind and of the physical laws.
Nithy has court orders that he can not leave Bangalore without permission from the court. He went to Tiruvannamalai to perform the last rites for his grandmother and tried to show that everything was normal and had celebrations.

ReplyDeleteEleven months after he was clandestinely filmed making out with Tamil actress Ranjitha, Nithyananda on Tuesday denied it was he who featured in the CD in a compromising position with the woman.
Nithyananda’s claim also flies in the face of his own statement before the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in April 2010, when he admitted to his interrogators that he was the one who was filmed having sex with Ranjitha. In the 15-page statement, Nithyananda admitted, inter alia, to having had sex with Ranjitha several times as well as with 15 other women devotees.
“It was not me in the video. It is a morphed, manipulated, misrepresented video,” he repeatedly claimed in a press conference at his Bidadi ashram near here.
Resorting to humour, which bordered on the crude at times, he said, “The police should have asked the rape victim ‘If you were being raped why were you going to his room again and again for four years?’” The women devotees, who had gathered in large numbers, laughed and clapped.
The video, found to be authentic by the Forensic Science Laboratory in Hyderabad, seemed to be of no consequence to Nithyananda and his counsel K V Dhananjay. With a peremptory dismissal of the FSL report, he said his own experts from the US had clearly denounced it as fake and had raised a lot of objections to its authenticity.
Out of nowhere also came the sudden statement that he was being blackmailed by “powerful people” who had demanded Rs 100 crore from him and later scaled it down to Rs 60 crore, but he had held his ground and refused to agree. Refusing to disclose names, Nithyananda said he had informed the police of this and since they could not do anything about it, he would reveal the names in a court.
Playing the victim, Nithyananda chose to blame everyone and everything else for his predicament. At different points in time during the press conference, he said he was being religiously persecuted “because of ideological differences”.
He said causing a dent in his popularity was not easy since he was one among the most-watched gurus in the world.
However, in his statement to the CID, of which Deccan Herald has a copy of, Nithyananda had clearly alluded to frequent sexual activity. He had also held his devotees responsible for demanding sex from him.
CID officers reacted saying: “When the matter is sub judice, why should it not be applicable to him?” They said there was scientific evidence to prove that the CD was genuine.
looks like Nithy would even get a waive off his bail condition next month and would travel all around the world again fooling people around the world... such a sad state of affairs.

ReplyDeleteYou know what, for a while I used to read this website, cuz it had fresh updates and load of interesting stuff. After a while it has gotten boring. Now dont get me wrong. I think its been established beyond any doubt that Nithy was/is a fraud. He boinked around, got caught, swindled people off their money .. yeah he is a pretty sleazy character. I do think that the guy knows some breathing techniques and mind stuff which he must have picked up somewhere. However I think its time for the rest of us to move on. After all this, if someone wants to go get conned, no one can save them. I think you guys did a good job, the crook has been exposed.. now go on, get on with your lives. Personally I'd love to visit this site if it had new scoops .. proof, new actresses Nithy nailed .. Otherwise its just boring. I will check back in a month or so to see how its going.. All the crude sex-related one-liners he inspired on twitter were certainly nothing to be proud of, and that traffic surge was a tiny blip compared to the mammoth numbers flooding various global websites soon after the King of Pop died.

So is it fair to call Ranjitha for a no-man test? Will the CID post the details of this balls-test on the web, so that we can confirm? This is just fun. In how many more fascinating ways a man can humiliate himself?
