This conjecture was around for a long time. CID has not yet detailed how the pimps around Nithya was letting girls become Nithya's prasad. There are speculations that this inner circle was also sleeping. After all its a brothel house. But this is a kind of brothel house where you pay money to get yourself screwed up and messed up with. You guys can be pretty sure that as the CID read out the charges Nithya was still sleeping with someone to give him/her moksha. He needs it everyday. ReplyDeleteEven if the CID is trying to push hard, don't be certain that they will be punished. The legal system functions in the worst way in India. Last June it was the first time a teacher was sentenced to 36 yrs for abusing a minor. Never came across a news like this before.
Hinduism is not protected by the Indian constitution. Making Hinduism protected doesn't convert India to a non secular nation. Actually all the beliefs should be protected. A insult or an action against a particular belief either from inside or from outside the community should be prosecuted by a law. The standing law we have is a garbage. There was a vigorous protest about this from the Maraths during the early yrs of independence. Hail to the Marathas for making that point. The Bengalis were taking the beating in Bangladesh from the Pak army and were too busy to find a land to settle and consequently skipped that point. The Sardars are minority and were also taking the beating from the other side as well. Had these three groups unanimously stood up and shouted you would have seen a different India and Nithya would be somewhere else (Andaman Prison) today.
Taking someone to bed in the name of attaining moksha is not only a fact of rape. Asking one to sign a contract for sex is a act of slavery, to which the entire world has unanimously said a NO. “The chargesheet filed by the police comes as a complete surprise to all of us because the police are litigating our quash petition in the High Court, & even without informing the High Court that they propose to file a chargesheet they seem to have gone ahead. The sole purpose of filing this chargesheet is to avoid a judgment in our quash petition. Very interestingly, one crown offence that the police has accused Nithyananda of from the inception was an offence under IPC 295A ( hurting religious sentiments). In order to charge a person with 295A the police would have required sanction from the State Government. Having repeatedly informed the High Court that the police has a strong case on 295A & were awaiting State Government sanction, this action of altogether dropping 295A in the chargesheet makes it clear that the only purpose behind filing of this chargesheet is to avoid a judgment in the quash petition. Particularly, the inappropriate/mysterious death of late Melvyn Diamond from Canada. This was a death of a 50+ year old Canadian man who was healthy, supposedly due to a heart-attack. I won't be surprise if there is foul-play in this case of Melvyn Diamond's; which I believe the goon's resorted to as a result of these innocent souls discovering the truth of their illicit activities. I am sure very few people, including the law, are aware of this recent incidental death, this too needs to be investigated and the general public need to be warned of the consequences of following this phony preacher man, Nithyananda, the ugly D-O-G.

ReplyDeleteOne does not need to perform sex after becoming a Paramhamsa. The ideas and dogmas of sex in the shastra falls in a particular stage of the sadhana - the fifth stage - known as Vamachar. Vamachar doesn't mean a way which is against Vedas, (fanatics in Hinsuism explain it that way) it means a way where one has to face extreme unwanted situations be it women or otherwise where it is damn damn hard to win over instincts. Vam means pratikul or where failure can happen any time. The idea is not to engage in sex but give up sex. Nithya might have explained things wildly. Sixth stage is more dangerous - Aghorachar, this is a time where you do the achmana in your puja sipping your own urine - namo vishNu and sip, has Nithya done it. There is a purpose for it - getting rid of ghrinaa. Aghorachar ends with chita or pyre sadhana which will kill one's sense of fear; Nithya is far far far and far away for all these. Nithya and tantra are mutually singular/orthogonal objects.
People who believed his ideas have not been raped by Nithya, but, they have raped themselves initially and finally enslaved themselves to his needs. The ones who are silent are raping themselves every moment and will keep on doing so as long as they are alive. 'The shame of a man that prohibits him doing something correct for which there might be no or negative appreciation from others is the ultimate insult to oneself '- Swami Vivekananda. Also, observe how cunningly he throws in a line about the Banyan tree. How deceitfully they are conning the existing devotees. They do not have the guts to make these claims in front of the world or Indian TV. Only in sly programs to fool the innocents.
Also, in the address to the press, he challenges the result of the labs. He asks how they could claim it was Nithyananda when the local police moved with outdated rifles. He was implying that the lab analysts were working with outdated equipment or were fools. No Bhakta, you are the IDIOT. When will you get it? Any person with common sense and decent eyesight will tell you it was your Master in the video. The labs just confirmed that the tape was authentic, not manipulated and agreed that it was the porn star of Bidadi in the video. Also, Bhakta, if you are not convinced about the lab's credibility, then why were you and Sachit and the other idiots clamoring about the Banyan tree's authenticity and that the tree samples were sent to the labs for confirmation? Also, he wants to know who the victim was and when she was raped. I wish they would inform interpol and summon Gopika, Sri Jyotir and Sahajananada and Sevakananda - these guys can surely help in a big way if they muster the courage. I am sure the ashram would have fixed them and made them sign various secrecy pacts. But if any of them were the seekers they claim to be then they should trust the higher power and divine protection and come forward strongly. Many families and many women were in the ashram because of these people and their sincere faces. DO not shirk your responsibilities BE strong and Have courage not like you have little babies orlarge families to take care of. TIME TO KNOW YOURSELF! Rise above the Swadishtana guys. Hinduism/Tantra/Vedas/Mantra has come under attack several times in history; even then its lamp/light is still on. That might suggest something. Brahma or Truth cannot be subdued with a finite number of folks (could be 5 million as the Dhonpith website says, its still finite) each having finite strength - Brahma is infinite. Sounds like the movie - ram teri ganga maile. Still some thinks he might be anandeshwar, even if the entire Qutub minar of Nizamuddin Delhi will now slide in Nithya's ass.
Nithya you are no Anandeshwar. Lord shiva is described in a vagabond form with ashes covered as he is completely detached from the world. He is a representation of absolute Brahman, which is nirguna in form. That's what his iconography means. You bloody bastard have explained others as Anandeshwar you need sex. The very start of tantra describes Kali standing on shiva, to indicate devi is always in viparita-rati-mudra. In all forms of devi where shiva appears in tantrik-iconography, shiva is in viparita-rati-mudra, the reverse pose of rati/lust, meaning shiva is below the devi. This directly says shiva (neither devi) doesn't care for sex, he is a representation of nirguna-brahman (one whose characterization is that he has no characterization, its like playing with empty sets) while devi is a representation of saguna-brahman. You not only insulted devotees, Hindus but also their Lord's. Listening to all these there are folks who have started rolling their beads in maha-mala in graveyards. You are gone - your sins have become a black-hole, nothing, absolutely nothing can wash it.
Its really shocking to see all these. Lord himself sending this joker Nithya possibly send us a msg - in Kali yug (which we believe makes more sense to us by now) is in the full swing.

ReplyDeleteRamkrishna Paramhamsa had said the following in his amrita-katha : A ladle dipped into a vessel containing mutton curry for hours does not get the taste of the mutton, one who eats it gets the taste. This was said in the context when one asked him who is bigger 'a book or a guru'. Ideally all shastras, upanishad and so on are written in book format and finds place in some library or the other. That does not mean one who has read it even with sound knowledge of sanskrit has digested the philosophy contained in it. You don't go to learn swimming from one who has read a book on how to swim, you go to a genuine swimmer. Similarly, to choose a guru you must choose one who is technically very sound. Many folks say that since its all about controlling ones mind its enough to have or go to a one with a simple mind, love at his heart and so on. Fools don't realize that without being technically sound you can't have seen any kind of philosophy. Great scientists say all in mathematics is about addition and subtraction. But they make that comment when they have gone through serious technical barriers for years and have mastered it.

If its true that any random folk can sit on a mat in a artificially adorned hall in the middle of hundreds and claim Kundalini is rising then you must must and must believe its all lie or hallucination. Its not only Nithya but many are doing it the same way. Inner awakening doesn't mix up with the american idea - 'i payed for it, so i must receive it'. Had it been so then the conception of a man having several births and finally getting a salvation makes no sense.
Ramkrishna also said: When 'vishay' or wealth tastes like 'vish' or poison its the appropriate time a person should to look for reality. Garlanded with gold balls and taking a silver throne and claiming to be Paramhansa is like trying to define a function over a empty set. Balendu Ji was absolutely correct about it - a Paramhansa doesn't require gold and a bank account.
Nithya has never been asked tough questions regarding sprit, sadhana and so on. The questions asked to him are FAQ's in most sites for which the answers are straight forward. Some of his followers may be are true seekers, most have a poor mind and almost all are ignorant how any sort of sadhana goes. In addition to all these, he made others never to ask his credibility to ensure he is not asked tough things, altogether making it a clear through pass to punch the ball into the nets. Cmon, its your teacher, you might get a scolding for making a nonsense point, but that doesn't limit one to ask questions. Watching the videos at stretch we are certain that Nithya and his circle of pundits are not at all and we repeat not at all aware of techniques of puja path shastras and so on. But he definitely has studied some books on yoga like Hathayogapradipika, Patanjalyogasutra, even Rudrayamal-Tantram for making enough money. If you are a researcher you know that reading versus practicing has a hell and heaven of difference. Mantras can't be altered at you will, as they did.
At the same time you guys can be 200% certain that he does not have a parampara which is exactly why he makes a long - 'vande guru parampara' chanting at the start of all program, to make a convincing point that he is from the right lineage. He possibly have taken a diksha from RK mission (that too is questionable) and that is all about his spritual affiliation. His spiritual CV is short, except for posing some pictures under banyan trees with ash smeared, which is a common thing all around Tamilnadu.
ReplyDeleteTantra and most importantly the Vammargi stuff was mostly concentrated along what is known as Vishnukranta meaning Tibet, Nepal, Assam, Bengal, Orissa, Uttaranchal (Gorokhpur and neighbouring areas) and Bihar extending to the eastern side of Vindhya mountain. It have been agreed by most scholars that the Chandi-saptasati was composed sometime between 4-5th century somewhere in Bangladesh. Shilbhadra from Bihar was the author of many tantras under the Gupta rule. More than half of the 51 shakti peethas fall in these areas. People who have done tantra have always moved to these areas for real learning of the material. Kamakhya is definitely a sacrosanct place for all initiated into this line. If one makes a big noise with Tantra and you know that the same person is not affiliated from the correct school, you should question their credibility. So signing a sex contract for ritual studies is not only a act of sacrificing oneself, but also reflects the poorness lack of awareness and ignorance of people, in the age of google, can't believe it. Those who supported this bid of Nithya for making others sign contracts as Dharmananda said, are stupid, fool, poor, ignorant (of Hinduism) and have zero confidence in themselves.
Finally, Nithya has more a look of a artificial sadhu as opposed to a Paramhamsa. A paramhamsa doesn't say he is a paramhamsa, other elevated people feel it. There are no certificates for being a Paramhamsa as he delivered enlightenment certificates in USA. Nithya has no look of a vairagi or udasin on his face, he tends to take a more film star like look in saffron with a clever smile to which all has conceded.
Ramkrishna said his followers that - Examine your guru just the way you check the validity of a 100 rupees note. On one occasion, Vivekananda (more known as Naren before sannyas) placed few rupees below the asan (seat) of Ramkrishna in his Kali temple. When Ramkrishna came for prayers and sat on the seat withing few minutes said - O Naren, my ass is burning, get these wealth out and put some clay from ganga underneath.
How dare Nithya say that Ramkrishna faced similar troubles like him. The comparison between Ramkrishna and Nithya is the same as comparing the moon and a pimple on the ass. Can't rationalize why people who are so established in life, some lawyers, some doctors, some doctoral students, some technocrats out there in foreign countries were so dumb in these deal. What Nithya had done is like: A man walks in to your house one fine day and asks you - 'I want to sleep with your spouse' and you reply -'Yes sir'. Bogus!!

ReplyDeleteWe received a confirmed report that Sex Swami, Nithyananda, (and not the CID Police Team) took down his own site: http://dhyanapeetam.org This confirmed our results when we pinged his site as well as did a trace route command. At one point, his website redirected to his LifeBliss.org site. Currently, it is down giving a 503 error message. Something is up. Nithyananda knows that his days are over and that he and his criminal gang will be going to jail. They are very desperate and could be even more dangerous now, just like cornered rats. They will lunge out at anything. We pray that the new participants in the program will be safe and not suffer a 'mysterious' death as did the Canadian who died nearly two years ago. It is best if they all leave or are evacuated.
